Ambitech Home Comfort

Had our yearly maintenance visit from Ambitech, and again they knocked it out of the park! We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for an honest opinion and a company they can trust!

It was time for our annual A/C maintenance and we called Ambitech Home Comfort as always. We were very happy with the service received and they were able to work very quietly which was fantastic as we are working from home at this time. Thank you again for your excellent service!

First of all, sorry for reviewing so long after the install, but wanted to wait for the cold weather, and it sure is here. In the summer of 2019 our a/c decided to quit, in the dead heat of the summer. Jason came to our home the very next day and after in depth conversations of a few options, we decided to go with the top of the line option and replace our furnace as well. (Our furnace was over 20 years old and never worked well.) Jason called the next day and decided with our two story house, we needed some modifications and that he would provide them to us at NO extra charge. Wow! The following day the technicians (Eric and Carter) , came, removed everything, installed, and cleaned up. A nice, professional and friendly crew. They then showed us how to use the thermostats.

In this cold January, I will say that we have heat at all levels of the home, and have noticed a huge improvement. (was waiting for the cold weather to see how the furnace performed.)

We had a fantastic experience from the first contact with Jason, our furnace was not working and we contacted Ambitech for a service call. Instead of selling us a new furnace right away Jason was able to get us up and running on very cold day. He explained that our furnace had reached it limit, and ultimately had to be replaced. The furnace the was recommended works fantastic. Huge difference in house temperature and air quality. The 2 stage system was made the entire 2 stories comfortable.We are very happy customers. We had our annual furnace maintenance with Ambitech again and top shelf as usual! The Technician that showed up did an excellent job, and we are more than happy to recommend their services to anyone looking for a good HVAC contractor!

We had dry air in our home and my son kept waking up with a dry nose and throat. We called Ambitech and the rep that came recommended a humidifier that worked perfectly. There are about 4 different styles and we were explained exactly what the benefits of each are and how they work. We were very confident with our decision and overly happy with the results! We were even able to turn the furnace down 2 degrees based on the humidity in the home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our furnace needed to be replaced and we called around and got a few quotes. We felt most comfortable with Ambitech and proceeded to give them our business. The techs were prompt, professional and did a great job. They left our furnace room clean and tidy. We are warm and happy!

We had our boiler stop working at the beginning of this heating season and called Ambitech. The sales representative showed up, priced us options and gave us one for a boiler that would accommodate both our heating and drinking/showering water. It also saved us space in the basement as they were in different rooms. We will now be able to gain more basement space when we do our renovation in the future! Couldn't be happier!

I had to get my A/C maintained earlier this summer so I called Ambitech. Got in touch with Jay and they were able to come out within the afternoon. Upon their arrival everything was explained in a clear and concise manner and they completed their work efficiently. Would definitely use their services again!
