I must use the proverbial, oasis in the dessert when writing about LGP Construction.
From the outset of this concrete project, I felt at ease and knew I had contacted the right company. After completing substantial research, and obtaining 3 other quotes for the job, deciding to hire LGP was a no brainer.
Paul was very easy to talk with, and because of his vast knowledge and experience, was able to complete the project, which I can say with the utmost confidence, was nothing short of perfection.
Paul and his team were always on time, and completed the project on time. The LGP team kept the site clean and
organized, and they were very respectful to our home and
our family.
The cost was very reasonable particularly when I factored in the high quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Paul learned from the best, his father Sam, who has spent a lifetime perfecting his craft and who was also available to offer recommendations. For example, due to a stretch of non- compacted/unsettled earth on the side of the house Sam and Paul bolted 4 heavy duty support brackets to the foundation of the house to prevent any chance of the walkway from sinking. None of the other 3 companies addressed this issue when I asked them about it.
I have owned a number of homes throughout my life, and hired many companies to complete many projects.
Hiring LGP to do my patio and walkway stands out as the best decision I have ever made in the 45 years I have owned homes. Amazingly beautiful exemplary craftsmanship!

Work completed as quoted. Work commenced within 3 weeks of date quoted, estimate of four days to complete, they were done in three. I recommended LGP for your residential concrete work.

It was a pleasure working with Paul and LGP Construction. Right from the beginning, he was helpful in answering our questions and in explaining their processes. So needless to say, we went with LGP after receiving 2 additional estimates, all of which were very competitive.

Once work began, Paul and his crew were always here on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done. The lines of communication we're always open and he always kept us in the loop as to what was happening. And when something needed our attention, they would always check with us to ensure it was okay to proceed first. The jobsite was always kept clean and everything was cleared away once the job was completed.

Overall, very professional and excellent workmanship. The new walkway looks great and matches our existing driveway perfectly. And we can't wait to use the patio. We would highly recommend Paul and his crew.

Over the past 10 years I have had a problem with the sidewalk sloping towards the house - I contacted LGP Construction who gave me a very comparable quote. The job was completed in less than two weeks. I am very pleased with the finished project and now the sidewalk slopes away from the house. They were a joy to have working in the yard. Clean up etc. was excellent. Service was impeccable. My neighbours' have even commented on how pleasant the crew were.
