Mountain View Framing & Reno's Inc

They gave me a quote for home addition and collected $1,288 for development permit. After the permit was approved by the city, they gave me another quote with price increase, I approved it. They said work will begin in April 2021. I secured financing, paid bank charges. They came later with another increased quote. I said that that wasn't the amount we agreed on. They said they will revise it and get back to me but they never got back to me. I texted them by June 2021 to know when the project will commence. They said the won't proceed with the project any more. This was so disappointing to me because they made me to spend $1,288 on development permit, $275 to revised architect drawings and lot of bank charges on financing which I am still paying to me bank.

Brad and his team did a great job insulating and drywalling the inside of my garage. He built a small utility room for me as well and all was done at a high standard. Very happy with the end result!

Brad was very punctual, understanding and respectful! He knows what he's doing got the job completed earlier than expected and was always on top of things by following up. I will definitely be saving mountain view's contacts for future use and to recommend to friends.

So glad we didn’t tackle this job on our own. The detail cutting of the waterfall wooden desk top and floating shelves required some expertise. Very reliable , professional and easy to work with. Would recommended to friends and family.

This project needed the removal of a soaker tub and a smaller stand up shower, with realigning of the water lines to accommodate this new longer shower with custom tiling done from floor to celing shower walls. Everything went in better than I expected!
