Appliance repair is a pretty simple job. It isn’t necessarily easy, but it’s simple: diagnose the machine, determine if it can be repaired easily or if something more complex is required (functional part replacement, electronic board repair, etc.), and let the customer know their options.

Dishawasher was leaking!!! Garrick arrived on time, located and fixed the problem efficiently and for a fair price. Will definitely recommend and use again! He ran a cleansing cycle on the dishwasher and even provided the cleaner without charge.

Everyone from lady on the phone to the technician to the owner were very prompt at communicating and making sure job was done to my satisfaction. Problem took two trips to fix but only charged for one job and even provided expired discount. Very honest people to deal with. Would certainly recommend for any appliance repair. Thanks all.

Required new drain motor. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Part had to be ordered but work was completed the next day. Would call again if appliance repair needed.

Fridge/freezer repair

Freezer was icing up due to a plugged drain. I called in the morning - the lady on the other end of the phone was very nice and the tech showed up in the afternoon. The tech was punctual. He explained the cause of the problem and fixed the issue. Great work.
