Gavin and his team just finished our basement and my family and I are just ecstatic! These guys have been an absolute delight to deal with, all throughout this project. Words honestly dont do justice to the experience we had with this remarkable team!
Due to unfortunate experiences with contractors in the past, we were VERY particular with who we picked. We met with over 20 contractors and Gavin stood out to us right from our first meeting.
The most trustworthy and happiest group of workers you will ever meet, they were so amazing with our kids too! They went over and beyond to make sure our house was clean all through the reno. Zero delays or surprises along the way, they never skipped a day or ever show up late.
Gavin respected our budget and had the most transparent weekly payment plan laid out. Every small and big change of plans we had, the team was more than happy to work around. They brought all our visions into reality and truly gave us a basement of our dreams!
Their prices were great and their work is impeccable! They finished our work exactly within the promised completion time. If you are looking for a stress free reno, look no further as you wont find a group of people that you can be more at peace with. Gavin, Jason, Tim, Steve and Aaron, you guys are superheroes.

We are very disappointed with our experience. After having a great meeting in Autumn of 2021, we signed a contract for a basement renovation for Spring 2022. Less than a week before the renovation was to start, Gavin sent us the details of the weekly payment plan. We asked him to provide us weekly updates on what materials and items were being purchased (which we did not think was unreasonable, considering he had already provided us with a very detailed and itemized quote/contract) as we did not want to be surprised with extra costs at the end of the project. He then abruptly cancelled the project and returned our deposit, saying he could "already see that we won't work well together". I would be wary of billing and business practices if you choose to hire this contractor. Signing a contract does not mean anything.

Gavin and his team did an amazing job with transforming our unfinished basement to a functional and beautiful place! There has been nothing but compliments of the attention to details and great craftsmanship of our basement compared with other renos. During the renovation process, Gavin's team helped us a lot with the minor repairs/installations around the house; it would've been hard to get a contractor to just come by and fix these little things. Furthermore, Gavin made sure there was progress with the renovation every week (even with ongoing supply chain issues), which gave us an ease of mind that we were not being left hanging.

I needed a hole bored out from my basement wall so that a bathroom fan can be installed. The entire process, including the installation of the damper took less than an hour!

Gavin and Edwin transformed our basement from a "junk yard" to a modern and livable space. They really listen to your needs and help find solutions. Highly recommend them. Loved their work so much that I have them come back to work on the laundry room upstairs. Brightly lit and efficient use of space, the laundry room is now one of my fav spots in the house for a relaxing time to fold laundry :)

Gavin and his team were very professional and provided recommendations and renderings of our basement before starting the work. The statement of work was transparent which gave us a peace of mind. He was also open to updated ideas we had and was flexible with our schedule too.

The basement turned out amazing. A great new play area for our daughter and for us to rest and enjoy our summers.

Gavin and his team transformed my basement into a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. They were very professional and knowledgeable helping me get to the end result. They completed everything in a timely manor.

It was an awesome experience from start to finish - their quality of work and attention to detail is second to none! They were very clean and organized! As with every reno, there are times you want to make a change after you've seen how it looks. Gavin never complained and was able to accommodate us to ensure we were happy clients. The work included renovation of two bathrooms; replacement of tiles in foyer and powder room; and painting of three rooms

The double bevel crew came prepared with a plan and guided us every step through the renovation. They made good suggestions and told us when they thought we should do something else. The job was completed on time and on budget.
