Relocate washing machine to a basement

Had to move a washer from an ill fitted main floor closet to a new laundry room in basement. Vince reconfigured all the necessary piping and drains needed and sealed off all the old water supplies . Excellent work - professional and clean finishing . Thank you Vince so much!

Vince was amazing! We had a few challenges with delivery of our appliances and our sink install so he had to make a few trips. He was so patient, professional and the work he did was fantastic. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kitchen Faucet and Toilet Repair

Was very pleased once I got in touch with Vince.. he promptly got back to me about a quote regarding a new kitchen faucet installation and my toilet repair. Vince had mention and showed me that the toilet gasket was not on properly to begin with, he then changed it to a new one. He also cleaned up the filth that was under the toilet !! WOW, I’m so amazed in his work ethic. Not to mention my new kitchen faucet he installed for me, I love it !

I got recommended to Vince by a family / friend. And I’m glad I made the choice in reaching out to AcquaFlow Plumbing, definitely met my standards and I’ll be passing it on by recommending Vince to others that are in need of a plumber !! Thanks Vince

Great experience from the start. Vince was quick to respond and setup a time. He was very considerate of social distancing when in my home. Vince took the time to listen and investigate the issue and quickly resolving to my great satisfaction. Was pleasantly surprised when he called to follow up. I spoke with Vincent on the phone and discussed what we needed. He got back to me with a quote and came the following day to change out the wax ring. He was very polite, wore a mask and cleaned up under the toilet once it was removed. He was very knowledgeable and I’ll be using his services again.

Kitchen Sink Drain and Faucet Installation

after noticing that my kitchen drain was backing up and not draining properly, I called Vince at AcquaFlow Plumbing. He was able to book me in for an appointment in order for the work to be done. He then changed most of my kitchen drain because of how backed up it was from it being back sloped. Vince had also mention to me that the p trap drain was not installed properly to begin with, it had become a ‘ s trap ‘ as he described and shown me. I even got Vince to install a new Moen kitchen faucet for me.

At that moment, I knew Vince’s work ethic and the way he takes his time to explain what he’s doing left me knowing that calling him was a great choice ! I was very pleased with his work and just him as a person. The way he represents himself as a plumber. Thank you Vince, I’ll definitely be recommending AcquaFlow Plumbing to all my family and friends who are in need of a plumber.
