the crew did an exceptional job to remove/repair the old wood around the second floor window and install new siding around the window. All Pro Metals provided a fairly priced quote, asked for photos so they could see exactly what the problem was and came by to confirm the colour of the new siding and confirm a date/time to do the project. The work was completed and new siding installed quickly and professionally within a day and looks absolutely beautiful.

Octavio is the best. He took the time to come to my house to look at what needed to be done. He explained in detail exactly what he would do. He started when he said he would and showed me after each step was done and explained what he was doing. They did not leave any mess and the job was done exactly as promised. Octavio and his assistant were professional in every aspect of dealing with me and getting the job done. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I called for contractors, three came to quotes, but Octavio was the only one that showed up when promised and followed up as promised. So I knew his work would be reliable also. He was fair, fast, affordable, efficient, and did real quality work. I've needed a door capped for the longest time and other contractors told me it was impossible. Octavio did an exceptional job going above and beyond to select better materials for a better outcome. We had squirrels that caused some damage on our roof, and he fixed it for no additional charge or hassle capping the areas that they were getting into. I literally can't say enough good things about him his team or his work. 10 out of 10 I would hire him again and refer him to anyone looking for metal work.

He and his crew were so neat and tidy they would sweep and clean up behind themselves everyday regardless of how long they had worked that day. And our house never looked better. Octavio and his crew were great to deal with and their work looks great as well. They worked around bad weather and the requests of difficult tenants. Their price wasn't the lowest but it wasn't the highest either. I'm very satisfied with my decision to use them. I will have more work for them in the future.
