Calabria Roofing

I hired Calabria Roofing to replace my existing flat roof. They were prompt, efficient, took the time to fully explain their work and answer any questions I had. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend Anthony and his team for any roofing work. Their quote was also lower than other quotes I received.

Anthony turned up on time and provided a written quote. he explained all work and showed me the materials he would use and why they were the best option.

I had to delay for over a month and Anthony unlike other cquotes agreed to keep the price for at least three months.

Anthony kept me informed of his teams delay due to weather events and worked to reschedule at a day that suited us.

On the day of the job his team were early and began the strip doown. they cleared multiple layers including the original 1950 gravel topped membrane.

His team did a great job amd we love our new roof. The guys even cleaned out the garage of fallen debris.

One tiny issue was the vinyl siding has couple of small buckles but Anthony explained to me why it looked slightly different , after it was replaced (to avoid heat damage and run up the membrane under the vinyl) for weather proofing.

We just had our flat roof replaced. Anthony was really responsive, was quick to give us a quote, and quoted almost half of what other contractors did. He then kept us apprised of when he expected to be able to do the work. His crew arrived on time, left the jobsite clean, and were done in a day. They ripped out 3 layers of old roofing and did some repairs on the wood underneath. They also added a layer of insulation. He gave us pictures of the roof before, during and after.

He was also nice and respectful, which I really appreciate as a female homeowner. Recommend!

I had a leak in my flat roof which also has a skylight. Tony was a pleasure to deal with. His pricing was fair. He took off the current flat roof and replaced it , and also put in a new skylight . The work was done efficiently. I have dealt with other roofers before and had bad experiences. I have only positive things to say about Calabria Roofing and would definitely recommend them.
