Family of raccoons in the attic. I contacted Mahamat from K5 Wildlife Services late in the evening around 9:30pm. He called back immediately and came by the next day to solve the issue with a clear list of work completed and further recommended remedial actions. No hard sell and very respectful. Called him back a few days later for a new problem and he did the same drill with no issues at all. Impeccable service

On the Friday I was working from home and heard scratching in the ceiling. I reached out to K5 via HomeStars and they responded within minutes. On Saturday morning they showed up and within the hour the problem had been assessed and screen installed. They came back as promised 1 week later to ensure that the racoon had vacated the attic and completed the job. Extremely satisfied

I heard a loud scratching sound in my living room ceiling and knew an animal had gotten inside somehow. I didn't know if it was a squirrel or a raccoon. Mahamat was on site the next day, on time as scheduled.

He spent over an hour in the garage, on the roof, back in the garage photographing evidence (chewing, poop, footprints) and determined it was a squirrel. He showed me the photos and explained what he found, which I appreciated. A humane trap was set, and now we wait and hope the critter finds his way to it quickly so we can set him free.

Mahamat was awesome to deal with. we set a date and on the date he gave a two hour window to arrive and then he even called when he was 20 mins out! so courteous and friendly.
He did the work quickly and left the area cleaner than he found it! very thorough patching to keep future animals out.

A squirrel had burrowed a hole from outside of our home to inside and we were hearing noise in the ceiling of our living room every now and then. We called Muhamat, he responded quickly and came to our house. He inspected thoroughly and made sure there was no other opening. He put a one way gate so the squirrel can get out and since then we haven't heard any noise from inside. He came again removed the gate and sealed the opening.

Mahamat is extremely professional and responsive. Within 2 days of contacting him my squirrel issue was resolved. He rearranged his schedule to fix the problem. It was such a great relief to not have to deal with squirrels running around in my ventilation system. Thank you Mahamat!

Mahamat is the man! I called about 10 other companies that offer similar services, but Mahamat by far the best!

Firstly, his assessment of the property was thorough. He was the only service provider willing to actually go into my attic to determine if mice were present.

Next, his estimate was by far the most economical (even though he was offering the same service as his competitors)

Additionally, upon being hired he took the time to get the job done, even though it took longer than we anticipated due to the difficulty of the project scope.

Lastly, he has incredible customer service skills, is very patient, very friendly and very knowledgeable.

If you haven't already figured it out…I would highly recommend hiring Mahamat if you need to have wildlife removed from your home/business and want to prevent them from re-entering.

We had a dead raccoon that was stinking up the entire house. Mahamat quickly and efficiently located the animal and had to crawl nearly 15 ft under the house to retrieve it. I can’t recommend his services more highly. He was extremely personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Anyone with an animal issue should be reaching out to K5.

We had a squirrel in between two floors of our house. We couldn't find an entry point. They came in, found that they were entering from our neighbors side of the house. He put in a one way door, and the following week came by to check on everything. We have had no issues since. The best part was that he provided pictures throughout the process to illustrate what was being done.
