2 scary bats appeared inside my house in the middle of the night - 2 months apart. Mahamat did a through inspection of entire house - even walking inside my attic. A nice guy to deal with, Mahamat found the entry points for the bats (and for mice), installed one-way exits, sealed sofit gaps all around the house, installed mesh on roof vents, fan, and other openings. His price was good value as compared to others. I now feel safe that another bat will not appear in my bedroom. I recommended him to my friends and family.

A racoon decided to Make my attic his new home. Called k5 and they were there that afternoon. Animal proofed my roof. They came back 2 weeks later and the racoon was gone. They repaired everything to perfection. Great service and lots of knowledge. I’m definitely keeping K5 on my phone list.

My attached neighbours and I were sure there was something in the walls of our homes. Mahamat came out and did a thorough inspection of both homes. Mahamat was honest and told us, you don't have squirrels now, but you did before. Right now your issue is mice. And so now we know how to approach this issue. Very satisfied customer, would call again if it becomes necessary.

We had some red squirrel nest in our attic and noticed the vents and soffits had holes chewed in them. Mahamat was so friendly and secured not just those spots but all of the vents in our house with metal wire so that the squirrels and raccoons can no longer chew through them. He also replaced the missing pieces of soffit and the damaged vents in the hard to reach places on our roof. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with sounds coming from the exhaust vent about 3 months ago . Thought they were birds. Called Mahamat and explained. Mahamat came the next day and surprised all of us when there was a squirrels nest and squirrels in the exhaust vent. He took care of the problem in a professional way.

I had a raccoon in my attic. Called Mahamat and he was able to come same day. He knew of raccoon entry into my attic before knocking on my door. He is thorough, professional and follows through. There were Squirrels in our balcony adjoining the Family room. They had 6-7 baby squirrels and had made it their home & made a big mess there by chewing on all the paper & extra stuff kept there.
My kids were scared to open the door & we were very uncomfortable. When I call Home Starz & got in touch with K5 Wildlife, Mohammed picked you the phone & heard the situation & identified the problem rightaway ! He made us all feel so light about it that half of our stress was gone already. Then the same day he planned to visit to see it, so that he could remove the squirrels after 4 days appointment.
But Voila ! he came & saw & even removed them rightaway !! Squirrels are gone & not coming back.
My kids became his fan & loved his sense of humour & approach in dealing with this situation in such a smiling way & so promptly. Thank to Mohammad. God Bless him.

We were plagued for nearly a year with mice and a rat after moving into a new home. We'd tried everything. Then I ran into Mohamat on the road, and within a week he'd checked out the problem, come back and done the work to get rid of them. Within a week of his visit they were gone! He is kind, knowledgeable, patient! He took the time to explain to us where they were getting in and our best course of action to get rid of them, and then did the work quickly and well! No more mouse droppings!! I'm so happy with Mohamat's work!

Mohammed (not sure correct spelling, sorry) was the most pleasant individual who truly seems to enjoy his work.
He was very personable from the very first phone call

When I asked him if he was ever frightened dealing with wildlife/pest. His answer reassured me that I had somehow chosen the right person out of all the companies out there.
He said that animals can sense whether your intent is to harm them.

My issue was bird chirping coming from the vent/fan above my stove.
He steathfully climbed a ladder to the broken vent outside my house and pulled out large amounts of debris that a bird had stuffed into the vent.

The birds nest with the babies was further inside though. He had to remove my vent/fan above my stove to get to the nest. He carefully pulled out 2 baby birds. One unfortunately had died. The other he placed in the backyard. He reassured me that the mother bird was already communicating with the baby and the bird was close to being able to fly.

He put a new cover over my exterior vent and some wire guard over top to prevent further invasions. He also did the same wire guard over 2 other exterior vents at my request.

Mohammed also dealt with my bouts of hysteria with sympathetic laughter and words of comfort.
I tend to be very squeemish about these kind of things.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone and would definately put him on speed dial for any future pest/wildlife issues.
