I hired Oleg and his team to do my kitchen drain snaking since I hired 2 other companies and they couldnt solve the problem. Hes been very quick to respond, worth the money and communication has been the easiest from other contractors.

Had a very stubborn clogged kitchen sink drain. Rooterworx sent someone within 24 hours. The guys came in as promised, they snaked the drain, tested it by filling the sink with water, and all seems to be good so far. They were polite, efficient and kept the work area clean. I had to replace my basement concrete floor that was all cracked and uneven. They came out on time and looked at the floor, and gave me a fair price. They tore out the old concrete andput in a new slab. They worked fast and cleaned up after they were done. The basemnet floor is nice and flat now, and I'm going to put new flooors on top of it. They did a really good job, so thank you to the team.

Amazing work!! Rooterworx came to home to waterproof my cold cellar. It was leaking badly. They arrived, put down drop cloths and started to work. They had to break the concrete and dig down in order to waterproof the whole room. They also installed a sump pump. Once they were finished, they took away all the debris, cleaned everything up and swept the floor. They also swept outside.

I had sewage back in my basement due to a heavy rainfall. Most of it collected in my shower and then it came up through my toilet.
It was around midnight when I discovered it.
I used the app to get in contact with Rooterworx, because I work overnights and it sewage backup was contained in the basement bathroom. I made an appointment for the between 1-2pm the next day.

To, my surprise that they actually on-time. Which is always welcome, when you have to stay up to wait for someone to show up.
The gentleman explained what he was going to do and why the sewage backup occurred.

After, they snaked it and scooped it, everything worked as he promised.
The scooped revealed that I had a crumbled clay pipe, because my house is over 35 years old and the roots from trees on my property and blocked the extra of the water and other stuff to exit, so it came back into the bathroom.

They also explained what the next move will be.
I am also grateful that they cleaned up a bit of the mess in the bathroom, before leaving also.
