The construction team at JC Unlimited Contracting were fantastic. They were efficient, courteous and clean the entire renovation. We are so happy with the finished product and will definitely be using them again for future projects. I would recommend them to my friends and family as well. The guys worked very diligently to relace the basement window with a larger one with a well. They did a great job of explaining it all and
they worked at a steady pace to gwt everything completed in the expected time frame.
They also did a good job at cleaning up the site.
I would highly recommend Jesse and his company.

Jesse and Shane were absolutely fantastic to deal with from the beginning to the end of the renovation. Very accurate and detailed quote, great design ideas, extremely detail oriented and punctual. Craftsmanship outstanding. Completed entire renovation in stated time period, for stated cost, without any issues at all. Extremely pleasant to work with and would highly recommend to anybody looking for any type of renovation small or large. Never had to double check anything and bathroom looks way better than expectations. Planning on using the team again soon to remodel other rooms in our house.

Jesse and his team turned our unfinished basement into a legal second suite. Their work is excellent. I found JC contracting to be professional and competitive on pricing. They dealt with all permits and they were passed with no issues. The quote was broken down very well so you could look at costs in every area of the renovation. We will definitely use JC contracting again. Our basement is beautiful!

Everything went so smooth with Jc Unlimited. I reached out to Jesse to get a quote on making the lower unit of my rental house have a similar layout as the upper unit. Jesse met me at the house talked about some options and sent me a quote the following day. The work was completed in the time frame he gave and was done to perfection. His team did an amazing job and left the space nice and clean so I had very little to do before renting the space.

Jessie took over a project that the previous contractor made a big mess of and walked away from. There were lots of mistakes that needed fixing and newly created obstacles that required innovative solutions. JC Unlimited took on a horror show that 2 other contractors turned down and figured a way to give us a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a fireplace, laundry room and a bathroom and kitchen that had great finishes for a reasonable price.
Weekly meetings were all that was required as there were no problems with the work that had been done and Jessie was ready to work with me on whatever the next phase was. I never heard “This is going to be a problem “ or “it’s going to be hard because.....” It was “what do you want this to look like?” Or “we can do it this way or that way, how do you want it?” And that was it until the next week because he did it.
They had a good rapport with the building inspectors who were always happy with their work. They were here when they said they would be. They were neat and presentable and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day.
They came in on budget. Some changes were made at Jessie’s suggestion, that improved on what we were going to do, But they were agreed-upon first and everything cost what Jesse said it would cost.

This is the 3rd time we have used Jesse and his team to work on our home. They did a main floor renovation by removing some walls and a hall closet to make our home more open concept. They replaced the 70's style doors, door frames, baseboards, and window casings as well as installing bamboo floors throughout the LR, DR, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and sun room. Shane and Jeff did a great job installing our kitchen cabinets and Shane did an awesome job tiling the backsplash and coffee bar area!! It turned out better than we envisioned. Jesse kept all the trades on track throughout the process and if there was an issue, it was resolved quickly. Jesse's quote was accurate and extremely detailed for each area of the renovation. He sent revised updates to the quote promptly as the scope of the work changed due to unforeseen structural issues and changes that we requested. He ensured that all work was done to our satisfaction and kept in contact with us continuously throughout the entire project. We are so happy with the results of this renovation, its like a different house. We would definitely hire Jesse and his team again for future projects.
