I called Mark to enquire about getting my dryer vent cleaned out. He came the next day at the time he said he would - even called ahead the morning of to confirm. He and Lissan arrived, completed the work with the utmost professionalism and were very thorough (my dryer vent was almost completely clogged!) and very clean and tidy. I am so glad I found The Duck Cleaning Pro! I will be calling them yearly from now on.

Mark responded promptly to my request for a quote. I was impressed when he gave me the service appointment for the very next day and was at my home on time. His team of two (Lissan being the other partner) were warm to my queries and performed all points efficiently.

It was my first time getting the air duct cleaning service. So I had a lot of questions about the service routine. Mark was patient enough to answer them all.

I randomly chose Duct Cleaning Pro off of Homestar reviews and their price point compared to a few others with the same ratings. Mark was extremely responsive and friendly whenever we spoke. They were kind enough to accommodate us on a Sunday after a 24-hour notice to set up the time. Lissan and Mark were professional and didn't rush through any of the tasks. They showed us how much build up was in the vents and proceeded to clean them out thoroughly and methodically. We will likely continue to get our duct cleaning done by them over the years.

Mark and Lissann did a great job of cleaning my ducts and dyer vents. They were very open at explaining what they were doing and worked very hard at getting the job done. My dryer vent wasn't easy to get to but Mark made the effort of getting it cleaned.

Mark and Lissann did a phenomenal job! Despite a very inconvenient layout (4 floors with the furnace at the 4th floor) they did a great job cleaning up all of my vents. Had a problem with one of my washroom vents because birds were living there for a few months. They were able to clean it up and completely eliminated the smell.

Next time I need to get this job done, not hesitating to give them a shout.
