They're not the worst developer out there, nor are they the greatest. Customer service is bare minimum. Overall quality is decent, but beware of nose levels due to poor choice of windows.

Despite the fact that the builder maintains a high quality image, communication and customer service needs significant improvement. Please ensure you do your research and read all important documents. I would somewhat recommend this builder, but they're are far more superior and reliable ones such as Tridel. Thank you.

If you buy any home from this builder you will be sadly disappointed! They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent! I am still waiting for repairs to be completed after moving-in in 2008. If you do purchase a home, make sure you thoroughly do a walk through and inspect EVERYTHING!! It is best to have all items listed on your pre-inspection (prior to moving in), otherwise good luck getting anything fixed. Much of the items have to do with cosmetic repairs and there plumbing sucks!! They installed rusty, stained or damaged product.

Good quality materials, and workmanship.

Some issues noted on pre-delivery inspection, and most were fixed in a professional and timely manner.

Communication with Pemberton initially very good regarding PDI items, but then drops off.

To begin with there was a huge list of damages to the suite in etobicoke bloor and islington area, damaged cabinetry,tiles,paint quality awful (see through kind)list goes on and on,but concern for safety is the worst case, eletrical instalation are still and issue in gym and they refuse to fix even after some people fell off machines which suddenly stopped (checked with management and builder is aware of substandard electrical wiring,but they refuse to communicate with owners and fix the problem), wiring in apartments cannot be checked in living room,example there is ceiling light fixture to be added later by owner and you cannot check until after inspection,if you hook up the light and in my case it wasn't working builder blames it's your fault because you didn't call certified eletrician to do the job), they buffed the marble tiles and waxed them, after wax was gone , scretches are still there and they refuse to refix the problem.

I was impress with the on-time completion of my new condominium. When I went in with my family to do the inspection, the project manager/whoever was showing me my unit was acting really unprofessionally (ONE example: chewing gum while telling me the "stupid" questions that were asked by other owners)

Poor craftmanship could be found throughout the unit. I understand that I would need to fill out a form for repair... I was fine with that... but one thing that made me really furious was that I found bigger & more serious damage after small repairs got done!!! Someone dented my wood floor!!!! I filled out another repair form since last year in September and now we are in February and still nothing got done!!

Bought new condominium Unit in etobicoke area.Concrete floors poorly levelled, making it difficult to install laminate flooring. Cigarette butts beneath under padding. Perfect for someone with allergies. Poor workmanship and space planning in kitchen layout.Damaged Kitchen Cabinets during installation only to be filled with filler and not replaced for this brand new construction. Paint substandard in quality.Substituted lighting not to purchase contract.
