I received great service from Duct Doctor. Raul was punctual, tidy, and knowledgeable. He provided education, explained the process, and made practical recommendations. I would def use this company again in the future.

Raul came in today when he said he would. He clearly explained what he was going to do, did it in an efficient manner, and showed me before and after videos of the work (clearly taken in our house!). He also gave us what seemed like good reasonable advice about how often to do duct cleaning and also how we could clean our dryer vent ourselves. And the price seemed very good based on a couple of other quotes I had gotten!

He arrived in time and started work in a professional way by introducing me to the system and the procedures. During the work, he showed efficiency, a high level of knowledge and care of our home. The results were good: the vents were very clean and sanitized. He also presented me the before and after videos of the vents to confirm the work. There was no extra charge beyond what he mentioned. Raul is a polite and nice person. Overall, it was a good experience to have Raul worked with duct cleaning of our home. His offer covers a great range of services with a reasonable fee. He charged us what was discussed on the phone and didn't try to charge us for extras when he arrived. He showed us a before and after video...wow what a difference.
