Dave is great and easy to work with. He helped us with our deck repair, putting up chicken wire, installing some other household items, and mounting our TV on the wall. Prices were fair, and work was very good. He's highly skilled.

He repaired some drywall, added an access panel, and replaced an exterior door handle/lock at an apartment building we own. He was also extremely courteous with our tenant who made a point to say how happy they were with his work.

We were very satisfied with all labor completed, both inside and outside our house. David was very friendly and very highly skilled in multiple tasks. He was accommodating and considerate to each and every one of our various requests. Service was done efficiently and professionally. For about 45mins worth of dedicated work, Dave was able to re-hang a door that had eluded my partner and myself for hours upon hours. His professionalism and courtesy are what made the job enjoyable.

Unfortunately, when we called him back to do a drywalling project, he did not complete the job to spec where he was to remove all existing walling and sand down interior wall. Instead placed the drywall over top which added about a centimeter to the width of the staircase which made more difficult to move furniture. Furthermore, asked that a foldable railing be installed - this was not done.

I had part of my 2nd tier of my deck fall due to rotten beams underneath and improper attachment without support. Dave came to provide advise and what he recommends. Although he was initially busy in early summer he managed to free up some time to fix the issue. I am now able to use that part of the deck. Thank you.

Dave installed a small railing and several other small jobs on August 4th.
