Arni was a great choice to repair my GE front load washer. He quoted me the full price including the part and labour during our first interaction online. I liked that I knew exactly how much it would cost, and that the machine would be fixed in only one visit vs having to schedule one visit for diagnostics and a second visit for repair once the part was ordered and shipped.

We had an emergency with a leak in the dishwasher at night and Arni was available to schedule a visit the very next morning. Evgeny arrived right on schedule and was able to find the cause of the issues we had. We also had a broken dryer and he was able to do the same in the same visit. He was clear about the cost of the repairs from the beginning and fix the issues we had on the same day (including buying replacement parts).
