This is the second time we’ve used Arni Services. The first time our dryer was cleaned and a part replaced, and the work was done excellently. This time we bought a new dishwasher and needed a part for installation. To sum up Arni Services, they are professional, reliable and provide excellent service.
It’s reassuring to know the work was done right.

Excellent and prompt service for a washing machine that would not drain. Technician was polite and thorough in explaining the problem and what he could do about it.

Our 5 year old Samsung washing machine was turning on and off throughout the cycle and not completing any cycles fully. Someone on Facebook recommended Arni repair services and I’m so glad I called! After speaking to at least 3 repair companies who weren’t forthcoming about their prices, Evgeny answered the phone and told me right away his service charge and a date he could come (the next day). He showed up on time and wore a mask, gloves and shoe booties. He diagnosed the problem after testing a cycle and was pretty sure it was the control panel. He looked up the price and told me the labour charge and was very honest and open the whole time. He explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood. He ordered the part and came back two days later to repair. It works so well now!! Don’t call any other repair service if you have an issue. Arni and Evgeny (the owner) is the best ! Before Arni, I had called another company and that technician quoted me twice as much for the exact same thing!

Great experience. Normally hate these dealing. He came immediately as fridge/freezer is the one appliance you can’t do without. He diagnosed the problem ($80) and told me the part to replace. His supplier could not get the part. He called a few more places, unfortunately with covid19, he could not locate the part locally. He showed me the part at a online retailer and I ordered it. When it arrived, he returned the same day to install it. He had showed me the part and how easy it was to install but as the original visit fee was applied to cost of return, I just let the professional do it. Great service, nice guy and honest. Glad to finally have found my guy as I will use him for any other problems.

Exceeded expectations beyond imagination! Evgeng repaired my Bosch built-in fridge and seemed to care more deeply about doing a complete job than even I did as the owner. Provided an high level estimate upfront but disclosed that he couldn’t be confident he could solve it until he spent time disassembling the fridge to confirm the problem. Price was very reasonable (and consistent with the estimate), despite taking longer than expected to service as it was a complicated job to diagnose the issue. Left me his mobile number in case I experienced any issues after he left. When I did unexpectedly, he returned promptly the next day (weekend!) even though it could have waited until Monday, as he wanted to be sure I was happy and was worried I’d be without a functional fridge. Promptly resolved the issue, with a smile. Wow!

Evgeny was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to immediately diagnose what was wrong with our fridge and proactively purchased a couple of parts before even arriving at our home. He also quickly installed our new dishwasher. He was very careful to wear a mask and gloves while in our home during the pandemic. I will definitely recommend ARNI to my family and friends!

Our refrigerator was making noise and with the covid 19 pandemic we didn't want the risk of the refrigerator breaking down. Texted Arni repair and was given an appointment that same day. Technician (the owner) came prepared with mask, gloves and shoe covering. Extremely knowledgeable and very transparent of the work that needed to be done. He went above and beyond in fixing the refrigerator. He also gave great advice of don's and don'ts for the maintenance. If you live in the Vaughan area and you need urgent appliance repair, I highly recommend Arni repair. They are honest, offer great services and they will not rob you of your hard earn money. Lord knows we need honest people right now

I found Arni Appliance Repair off Home Stars and since they had great reviews I decided to call them. Evgeny picked up the phone and when I ask questions on the phone he was very honest and upfront. I was worried with covid-19 happening and social distancing I asked Evgeny if they will be coming with a mask. He reassured me that they’re very diligent and will make sure they protect themselves as well as their clients. Evgeny was able to book me in the next day. He showed up very professional in his full get up. Gloves, mask and his booties so he doesn’t dirty up my house. I really appreciated that. Evgeny was very honest and advise me where the issue was. It turned out he has to service my dryer and take it apart to clean it since it took me 3 cycles to dry my clothes. He was able to fix my dryer and also provide me with advice on my pipes that were leaking due to a lint blockage from the outside vent. He waived the consultation fee and I only had to pay for the service fee for the dryer. My dryer works great now and I think he may have helped with the leaking pipe situation. I’m so grateful that Evgeny was able to come and was very honest, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Arni Appliance Repair again and will also recommend them to my family and friends! I’m very happy with the service.

I called on Sunday morning about a malfunctioning fridge. In about 2 hours, the technician was at my door, exactly when he said he'd be. He knew right away that the problem could be 1 of 2 things. He swapped in a part, then waited to see if the compressor functioned properly. It took a long time to wait for on\off cycles and to observe the behaviour, but he insisted on staying until he was 100% sure. In the end, the problem turned out to be the compressor, and he gave an honest opinion to replace the 17-year fridge, AND gave me decent advice on my next purchase. Overall, I'm very impressed with the expertise, promptness, honesty, and thoroughness displayed by this technician. Thank you Evgeny (and apologies for probably butchering the spelling of your name).
