We called all over Calgary to see if we could get AC installed before August/September with this heat wave that hit AB. John was the only one who could source a quality product (Napoleon) and install within a week from quoting us! He had his guy Jamie do the install. Jamie had obviously been doing this for many years as the quality and efficiency of his work really showed! We like Black Jack HVAC so much, we plan to do our regular furnace maintenance through them from now on! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A++++

The hot water tank wasn’t originally on the to do list but John discussed the risks of an old water tank and it made sense to do it. He doesn’t recommend stuff he doesn’t believe in.

Can't say enough about the service from John. My ac capacitor blew on Canada day. Didn't have the part but the next day searched high and low to find this elusive part. Found the last remaining part and air was back on shortly after. He has my business from this point on when no one else in Vernon bc would even call back. So if his competition reads this shame on you guys and take note on how a real business with real customer service should be run.

John helped us get our AC running at 9pm. We received a call back right away and he provided after hours service for our family of so that our unit could get up and running during BC's extreme heat wave. Very knowledgable and honest. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
