I contracted True North Aluminum to fix the eaves gutter and support backboard at my parent’s home. It was an eye opening experience! Ilir was very pleasant at all times and took my parents thru the job from beginning to end. He answered all of their questions and was very professional. The crew was pleasant and did an excellent job. They cleaned up around the house and our neighbor’s boundary. The house looks amazing. I recommend Ilir and his team!

I've had my share of negative experiences with other contractors in the past, but Ilir is extremely professional and well informed in his work, was very friendly and courteous as well. The guys changed all the gutters and down spouts around my home and the job itself was finished in a reasonable amount of time and the price was very competitive. The company attended on the date and time we arranged. The crew was very professional, clean , knowledgeable and organized. They did what they said they were going to do , they were able to answer all of my questions and offer advise. They finished the large job on time. They took the time to do the job right the first time. They are very meticulous and clean. All the employees were very well spoken and experienced in their respected trades.
