My three-storey triplex was in desperate need of a new deck. The team at North Co. designed and built an incredible new deck that is safe, incredibly sturdy and has amazing curb appeal. The team was responsive, very pleasant to work with and the price was very reasonable based on other quotes I received. I am constantly getting compliments on the quality of construction and its design. So happy we decided to go with North Co.!

Booked the appointment. Where on time. Gave a clear price and invoice. Came in to do the roof when promised. Checked on a daily bases to make sure we where happy with everything . The crew was excellent and very nice guys. After the job was done the crew cleaned up everything. You would not know the where even here. Then a couple of days later they came back to make sure we where happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again guys.

We engaged NorthCo Services to build our deck this summer and we could not be happier with the result. We now have the deck of our dreams. 2020 was a challenging year to have a deck built, with COVID restrictions impacting obtaining city permits and lumber supplies and therefore delaying the initial planned start date. But once everything was in place and the crew got started, the deck was built quickly and efficiently and the end product exceeded our expectations. All of our dealings with the company were easy, and all members of the team that we spoke with were very polite and considerate. From the initial quote to the clean-up of the site after the work was finished, all of the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend NorthCo Services, and look forward to working with them again on our next home improvement project.

We contacted NorthCo Services in the spring to add some additional features to our new house. During the consultation process Simon and Claudel were very helpful in helping make our dreams a reality. Dan, Ben, and Jason were extremely professional and often went the extra mile to ensure that our vision was realized. NorthCo created a beautiful custom fireplace, mantle and built in shelving that makes our home much more functional. They also installed wall paneling in our master bedroom and foyer to really give the house a modern look. Thank you NorthCo for making our house a home!

Oct/Nov 2019, We got an information and detailed quote for the repainting of all the common area within our townhouse. Good schedule was presented. Competitive price for the work. Speaking with the representative (not the owner who turned out to be one of the painters), is what sold us to hire the company. They showed up on time. Did they do any prep work (wash the walls, prep the areas to safeguard our home, set up floor protection - tape anything - NOPE). Did they wear there work boots in our home while working - YEP. Were they quick - YEP. Did they have to return more than once to fix, redo, repair areas in our home - YEP. Did they do as promised - eventually. Was it of quality - Somewhat. We also hired them to do the refacing of our our upper kitchen cabinets. Did they arrive on time - Yep. Was the worker nice - Yep. Did he communicate well - Yes. Was he work finished on time as promised = Yes. Was ALL of the work that the company did of high quality - ABSOLUTELY NOT. Did we pay the on time, yes, so they would not come back. Would we recommend them - NOPE.
Summary: The whole team worked hard. They were personable. They were not efficient. They seem to rush through the job. It felt like we were inconveniencing them. They came well recommended, but alas we cannot recommend them for the paint job is already showing the poor quality of paint or is it prep or is it work??? Je ne c'est pas?! The kitchen cupboards they refaced are already showing wear and tear. It seems like the coating they put on was too thin, Cheap material? Workmanship?
We heard a lot of good thing about the company with regards to doing OUTDOOR paint jobs.
Oh well, we tried to do our research and we went with our gut, FAIL ARMY :-(

Our project started in February, just before the pandemic. We started with a reno of our on-suite bathroom and added our main bathroom at the last minute. They adjusted to the changing situation and kept us updated as due to the pandemic lock down not every product delivery arrived when expected.
The NorthCo team were responsive and great to deal with even with the added challenges of COVID-19. The work they did was excellent and the attention to detail was what I would expect if I was doing it myself.
I would definitely recommend NorthCo and look forward to working with them again on our next project.

We had a great experience working with NorthCo. From the initial quote through to the end of the project, they were always responsive and professional. We are very pleased with the quality of their work - focused attention to detail in execution really made all the difference in delivering a beautifully modern high-end design feel.

The entire team at Northco was terrific. Simon was our first contact and he was professional, helpful, and always on time. Dan was the project manager and his priority is to make sure the client is happy with the work and he will do whatever is necessary to accomplish that. He was always available and returned all calls/text within minutes.
Jason did most of the work, he was a pleasure to deal with, and the work was done just as I wanted.
The kitchen renovation involved removing a wall completely gutting the room, making the kitchen and den one large room. They did a great job on the floors and the fireplace surrounded by new built in shelving.
All in all, the entire team led by Dan (including electricians, plumbers, painters) was professional and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I was thinking how can we change my brick without costing a fortune. Well i found out that northco services offers repainting. I wasn't sure how it would turn out because didn't realize it could even be done. But OMGoodness, so happy i did, it is lovely, exactly what I wanted. They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry. They showed up when they were scheduled and finished when they said they would. They left the property clean and neat.
