We have a low ceiling garage and the existing 30+ year old opener ran (too) close to the ceiling. Avidor (Johny) recommended the lift master and successfully installed it in a very tight area with very little wiggle room. Clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge regarding garage doors—highly recommend for exceptional service and very speedy response time.

Had two springs, bearings, and opener replaced with a new Liftmaster belt unit. Clear and quick responses. Everything went smoothly; and Avidor was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitated to deal with him again, and will recommend to friends.

I just put the car back in the garage, closed the door and heard a strange loud noise. I thought the door was hitting my car but it wasn't in the way. I looked and noticed the door was crooked and I tried to open it but couldn't. I tried to close it fully but couldn't. I then saw the tension cable snapped.
It was a Saturday afternoon and I went to homestars and started calling places. Some were already closed. Some wanted double time to come out same day - basically quoting $350 just to come out and see it. Then I found Avidor and gave him a call.
He said he was close by so he'd come to see it first (no charge) before giving any estimate. He came within 20 minutes (COVID safe - wore a mask and gloves, as did I) and took a look and gave me 3 options - good, very good and perfect. Each was reasonably priced (better than what I heard from other companies I reached - who couldn't come the same day) and I went with the very good option. I could have saved money and gone with the good/effective option but knew this would happen to the other side too, so I fixed them both and changed some other problematic parts too. No pressure, very fair - I could tell he just wanted to do the right thing.
The job was done in about an hour and he adjusted the way the door closes (for 15 years it closed with a thud and it creaked annoyingly) and now it closes softly and without any squeaking.
Very fair pricing, knowledgeable and efficient service. I highly recommend this company.
I hope I don't need to buy a new garage door in the near future but if I do, I will surely call them again.

Avidor arrived within 1½ hours from the time I posted the job. He proposed the most economical solution and repaired my garage door opener's chain rail mount within ½ hour. His price was very reasonable and he did a really good job.

I will definitely use him again! But I hope I won't need it for a while!

On one of the coldest days all winter, my torsion spring broke while I was attempting to open my garage. As I was trying to find someone local to get a quote, Avi popped up on Homestars highly recommended. I called him and he was on his way to another job. He gave me a rough quote over the phone and an approximate time he would could come. He called once again to ensure the timing was still convenient for me. Once he came, he took a look, recommended to not also replace the spring, but I should also replace the brackets that hold the rod and the rollers for my door. I also have a low ceiling which makes it a challenge. Once he finished the job, he called me out to show me the old parts, and he was right in the recommendations he made. He also showed me how, when and where I should spray garage door lube for preventative maintenance.
All in all he was excellent. A true professional, who was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and communicative. Highly recommend him and his services.
