We hired Sanza Homes after interviewing four contractors and are very pleased we did. As architect owners we are very selective in picking the right contractor on all our work, one who is design oriented and has an excellent track record. SanzaHomes meets these qualifications! Their work is beautifully crafted with care and attention to detail. From complex demolition and plumbing to detailed finish carpentry and custom millwork we were impressed with their professionalism and quality. We were happy to work collaboratively with Saeed, Sep and their crew and look forward to working with them again on other design projects in the future. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for professional high quality builders and a smooth building process.

We can't say enough about the excellent service and quality that Sanza Homes provided. They did the whole house renovation for us recently: kitchen, dining room, 2.5 bathrooms, whole house painting, first hardwood floor refurnishing and many other works.

We found them online first. After interviewing several companies/contractors and a friend’s recommendation, we hired them because we felt the price and timeline were reasonable and the work looked nice for the friend’s kitchen.

Their team is wonderful! We didn’t feel any pain or pressure, as we heard many terrible stories about the remodeling. Sanza Homes and the whole team took care of almost everything for us, from the design, material order, to the remodeling work. We worked two project managers, Saeed and Sep in the process. They are very knowledgeable, professional and super responsive. They kept the project on track and coordinated contractors.

In addition, we would like to mention their sub-contractors ( plumbers, electricians, painters, floor crew and etc.). All did great jobs! They arrived on time, worked hard, took care of details, and cleaned up working area every day.
We are very satisfied with the final results and highly recommend using their services!

We hired Sanza Homes Inc to expand our house by adding onto our first and second floor. The Project was done in Leaside, Toronto.
We've been enjoying our new addition/remodel for about 6 months now and we couldn't be happier.

We highly recommend Sanza Homes for renovations and room additions. We wanted to add an upstairs to our house to have a second floor with more bedrooms. The addition was completed on time as expected, and we are so thrilled with our bigger home now. They definitely met our expectations in every aspects of the project; From being on time and accessible all the time to providing us a great quality job on our project. They always made sure we knew what was taking place in every single day, and if we had questions they were there to answer them. As a professional designer, I have had the pleasure of working with Sanzahomes on several projects.
Last year I hired Sanza Home to Build a custom house for us which turned out to be a great project. Sanzahomes met all of our construction deadlines and if there was a problem, they were very quick to communicate. I have been in the design and renovation business for a long time, and these guys are by far my favorite group of people to work with.  I have no reservations in recommending SanzaHomes to any of my luxury home clients and commercial clients.

Saeed & Sep and their company Sanza Homes made an upgrade to our old kitchen - painted it to a beautiful colour and significantly enhanced its functionality by adding many interesting features, shelves and cabinets. And although it’s been almost a year after the project completion we enjoy our kitchen so much that decided to leave our note of appreciation here to Saeed & Sep. The renovation of old cabinets and all new additions were done so quickly (within a week) and with such understanding of the style and our needs that we still feel very grateful for the job done. What we would like to emphasize even more is the high working standards of Sanza Homes - not only the work was done perfectly and exceeded our expectation but the way Saeed & Sep approached every aspect of their work was highly professional. For instance, one non-standard moving shelf was not easy to find and install and Saeed was coming to us 3 times until he was satisfied with the quality. Another example of how thoughtful they were is leaving a small can of the paint to mask small imperfections that might happen in the highly used cabinets (and we did use once!). We would highly recommend to anyone who needs to do renovation or design and building new homes to use Sanza Homes. Thank you, Saeed & Sep!

Excellent Company!

We hired Sanza Homes to do a total remodeling of our house. They handled everything (from the design stage, all the way to the execution of the work and bringing it to life) very professionally, including all the architecture plans.
They really helped us organize it all. Their workers were very professional, skilled, and well-mannered. They were always there for us to answer our questions. As well as to hear our comments, concerns, and ideas. We found that hiring and working with them was easy and straight to the point.
We really love how our new kitchen, bathrooms and the rest of the work came out. We strongly recommend them. In the future we would use them again.

SanzaHomes did a complete renovation of our bungalow that included the addition of a second story and a total redesign of the basement and main floor. This was our first renovation project and we can’t say enough good things about Sanzahomes.  They were on time and on budget and went above and beyond in getting us what we wanted.
