Get It Inspected - Commercial & Home Inspections

I am a realtor and it was the first time working with Pat and Alex on a home inspection for my buyer clients in the Hamilton area.
Pat and Alex did a great job of addressing and prioritizing issues that were found during the home inspection. They also inspected the roof on a 2 1/2 storey home which is impressive. Having a team of two inspectors made for a shorter inspection time which everyone appreciated.

I hired Get It Inspected off the Homestars site. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick. He is friendly, reliable, affordable, and does great work. He identified and repaired several things in our home that might have become issues during a home inspection. If he couldn't do the job (like a tricky roof repair), he contracted out someone else who could. Once he was finished, we were comfortable that our home would pass any inspection, and it did, without a hitch. Patrick is now helping us in our hunt for a future home as our home inspector.

I re-wired part of my house, creating many holes in the walls. I had a nightmare plaster job done by a shady handyman. These guys replaced the botched work and fixed my walls and ceiling perfectly. I will definitely call them first when I need more house repairs in the future.

Pat was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to determine there was no mould thankfully, but found areas in our roof that needed to be repaired, and provided a comprehensive overview of what needed doing. Problem solved.
