Dale and his crew did a fantastic job building my deck! They were timely, highly professional and very accommodating. I've got lots of compliments about the deck and given their contact info to several friends. I've been dealing with all kind of trades and contractors all my life, but Align Decking were one of the most professional and efficient company. Real pleasure to deal with! They are paying great attention to details and the new deck looks like peace of Italian furniture. They let you feel that customer satisfaction is at the top of their priorities. My only regret is I did not find them several years ago when building my home deck. Highly recommend them for all your decking needs!

I obtained 4 separate quotes to remove my old deck and replace it with a new one. After meeting with each of the companies and reviewing their quotes and proposals we selected Align Decking. The owner Dale worked with us to plan out the deck and all the details. As typical customers we made some design changes throughout the process and Dale was very accommodating as was his team. We ended up having them also extend the fences and gates at both sides of our back yard, as well as add a ramp and skirting to my existing shed. Dale and his team was always available to answer questions and deal with any concerns.

Dale and his team were very accommodating with our 3 dogs who needed frequent yard time while the work was ongoing.

Highly recommend Align Decking! Our project involved demolition of the existing deck, new design and build, and even included an additional structural support. The team did an amazing job, from start to finish! The craftsmanship speaks for itself in photos. The pricing was very competitive, when initially quoting the project (we received 3 bids). Also, there was ongoing communication throughout the build to ensure the deck is being constructed in the way we have imagined. Overall, extremely satisfied with how the new deck turned out. I would certainly use Align Decking again for any future projects and again, highly recommend!

Dale, Will and Mark did a fantastic job extending and upgrading our existing deck. They were great guys to deal with and are highly skilled and meticulous in their craftsmanship. They finished the job in a timely and efficient manner and everything was left clean upon completion. We highly recommend them for anyone wishing to pursue a decking project.

We were getting very discouraged with contractors that didn't get back to us with a quote on our deck until we called Align Decking. We sent Dale a message through his website for a quote. He contacted us and made arrangements to meet with us. We wanted to have our deck replaced by the end of the year (2019) and this was now the end of August. Dale told us it could be done. I don't know what Dale thought of me when I asked him if he was going to get back to us with a quote and when he did would he follow through with the work. (We required a tear down of an old deck and a new one built.) True to his word we had a quote and now a beautiful brand new deck that we can now enjoy this coming summer (2020). Dale communicated every detail and any changes that they needed to do to us before they did them. The job site was kept very clean on a daily basis. Dale and Will worked tirelessly through rain, cold and snow to complete our deck. We would recommend Dale of Align Decking to our family and friends. I was forwarded Dale's information by a friend who happened to come across it on Facebook. I saw the pictures of his work (very impressed) and decided to call him for a quote. Without coming out right away and seeing my property, I was asked for approx. dimensions and the type of deck I was looking for and was given a quote on line that night. Once I had finished "shopping around", I decided to give my business to Dale of Align Decking. I found Dale to be very honest and factual on what would need to take place to get my deck installed. Since, I wanted to do it right - I also involved the city and got a permit for the construction of my deck. Dale dealt directly with the Inspector assigned to my deck which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Although, we had a lot of unfortunate weather delays, Dale was true to his word as to when he could start and have the job completed. I now have the 2 storey deck of my dreams and cannot thank Dale and his team enough for the great job they did constructing my deck. Everything was built to code and they cleaned up after themselves, every time they were at my house working on the deck. Dale is very easy going and a true gentleman. I would recommend Align Decking to any one of my friends and family. His work is outstanding!
