When I noticed that our garage door opens and closes randomly, I hastily called Comfort Garage Door Repair Service for help. Safen came to fix our broken garage door the same day I called. He provided a quote over the phone without having seen the problem. After he arrived, it was evident to him that something was "weird" with our door (story of our whole house!). He replaced the spring and multiple points of connection, and after he was done, showed me where the door was likely to cause problems in the future. Even though the repair might have cost more than he was expecting, he charged the original price quoted over the phone. Because the original installation was non-standard, this door is likely to break again in the not too distant future, and we'll certainly be considering Comfort Garage Doors when we replace it!
