Richard was great!!! The first thing you’ll notice is how knowledgeable he is about all pest related issues. Not only is he knowledgeable but he’s a genuine good guy who doesn’t try to oversell and is extremely authentic.

Richard did a professional job. He installed traps and gave me a fair price. He even gave me tips on how to better seal my garage door, which has gaps. When fixed it will reduce pests. He also could not spray that day due to weather but he came back and did it another day. I’m very satisfied with the service and Richard seems very honest and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

There was a mouse infestation in the attic. We contacted DARN. The plan to deal with the issue was laid out in advance. We agreed on the terms. The employee arrived at the appointed time, fully prepared to comply with the extra precautions required regarding COVID19. Did the necessary work with efficiency. Informed every member of the household about measures to be taken to avoid a recurrence of the problem. An excellent job.

Suspecting rodents in the yard/ basement I contacted DARN Pest Control. Richard confirmed my suspicions, and was thorough in inspection, provided explanation of treatment and was very reassuring . He treated both our property and my neighbour’s as I have a semi- detached house. He also took extra precautions due to Covid-19 with masks, gloves and social- distancing. Highly recommended!
