I am very pleased with the work done by Frank and his team. We ended up with the entire interior of the house being painted including baseboards and the ceiling in two rooms. Their quote was very reasonable compared to the other vendors. When they started the work, we asked for some additional items to be completed, they provided me with an updated quote and completed all of the work as expected. The work was done quickly, we were able to select the colors we wanted, and the quality of the painting is excellent. The ACP team did a wonderful job in helping me to bring the property up to date with attention to detail and excellent work. The crew that worked at my home were consistently pleasant, professional and visibly hard-working. They were mindful of my needs and double-checked anytime they felt they were not clear on what I was requesting. Above and beyond service and excellence! All work was completed in one day.
Basement popcorn ceiling extensive water damage was restored to new condition.
Exterior wood trim on front porch was scraped and painted.
Interior two garage windows trim replaced and painted. This required ACP purchase of air nailer while customer supplied wood trim. This was over and above normal work performed by ACP!
Site was left in pristine condition. Workers were very friendly, helpful, and respectful!
