We recently had our basement finished by Mitchell And Co Construction Inc. We felt very comfortable throughout the project. Their workers strive to do their best and work diligently! It does show in the final finished basement. Our entire family is in agreement that Mitchell And Co Construction Inc did a great job not only to meet our expectations but in fact exceeded it! Mitchell and his team did a fantastic job installing and finishing the floors in my house in an efficient and professional manner. They were able to align the new floors to the already existing floors in the hallway for a uniform look. It's impossible to tell where the old wood ends and the new wood begins. In selecting stain colour Andrei provided test samples on my floor to ensure that we get the colour that we truly want. My stairs look great with new railings, posts and iron spindles. The entire team was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Mitchell Construction

The wood had rotted in a few places on the fascia above my front porch. Mitchell came and suggested a few options but agreed to the option I liked best which was to recreate the same wood look with new replacement wood and paint it. They did the work quickly and it looks nearly exactly the same as before (without the damage). I am very pleased. I had read another reviewer who said some things that worried me but I trusted Mitch and his team based on the great first impression I got from them and they followed through. They did an amazing job on my basement and even came back to create an access hatch for my furnace a year later. They are reliable and do amazing clean work.

We used Mitchell construction for our backyard patio, driveway & walkway and our fire pit. The work they did is absolutely stunning! I love enjoying my backyard now, it's so beautiful and I always get compliments from guests. The whole team was professional and easy to work with. They came out to hear our vision, put together a design then executed it. They were open to suggestions and changes as we progressed through the work. I would highly recommend this company.

P.s. my patio is beautiful stone, one level slightly elevated with a tree in the middle and stone pillars for a pergola around my hot tub. They did flag stone leading from my patio to my fire pit and the pit is a circular pattern with stones. They also put matching flag stones leading to our shed. The driveway had a border of stone with asphalt in the middle and then our walkway is also stone. I wish I could post pictures because it truly is stunning! I'm so happy with how it all turned out :)!
