Erion provided me with a fair quote. Erion and his team did a fantastic job on our bungalow roof and we are very happy with the quality of work and how fast they were able to get everything done, especially given this is already late fall season- Nov 2022. Universe Roofing is really very professional team, they cover my driveway and around the house with tarps and after job was done they used leaf blower for clean up, picked up all debris and nails with floor magnetic sweeper.

Erion visited the site and sent photos of the job. Then he prepared a very detailed quote. I had other roofers quote also but none gave me the detail that Erion did. We signed a contract by email. He started the job without a requesting a deposit. Upon completion, he sent photos of his work. We arranged to meet for payment. I am very glad that I met Erion as he was as nice in person as he had been on the phone. He was very professional businessman and thoroughly guaranteed his work. Erion was the only one to answer my request made on Home Stars for someone to install a de-icing cable on a section of my roof. He went up to check out the need for this and examined the whole roof. He recommended that since the shingles were near the end of their life, it might be wise to replace them now and the work would be under warranty whereas a patch job for my problem would not. It was suggested since we had two older skylights now would make sense to replace them as well. He gave me a quote I was happy with to do the work and the following week his capable team came to do the job. I would happily recommend them for any roofing needs.

Two day job on large sloped roof. Team showed up on time, worked hard on two very warm days. Roof looks great and our property is spotless.

i had shingles that flew off the roof from the winds and was nervous about calling in a roofer but then we started having leaks. I had three places I needed looked at. they showed up when they said they would the first place they were even able to show me what the animals had done to the rubber around one of the exhausts and had supply to replace it and examined the roof and fixed the missing shingles. so far so good. Second place was a tall two story, same they examined it and it just needed a couple of shingles and they fixed it and we have not had any issues. the third place they were able to put the soffet back that had flown off but were able to show me the roofing had not been done well which is why we had been having issues, they even showed me the previous repair i had done and how poor it was. they were honest in that the repairs would end up really costly on the roof and we needed to think about replacing it. they did not just charge for repairs that would not sustain anyway like the other roofers that were more than happy to do so a year ago. their prices were comparable and fair and they knew what they were doing. would call them back when its time to put a new roof on the third house.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Universe Roofing. The team that arrived to replace some of our weather weary shingles were polite, prompt and left our property spotless. Happy to recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Erion came within time he promised, fixed our roof in a timely fashion. After all the work, he spent time explaining things to us, he's knowledgeable on roofing.
