My next door neighbor, who works in construction and knows about this stuff, did his roof about one year ago, and I liked the way the work was performed. So, after talking to my neighbor I decided to go with the same company, Universe Roofing, and Erion and his crew did the same quality work replacing the roof of my house this week. Where do I begin? Erion was very patient with my indecisiveness. I was having a great deal of difficulty choosing a shingle that best suited my house from the shingle samples displayed on the shingle boards. Knowing I couldn't make a decision he suggested that I take a look at some of the neighbouring homes in my area to help me with making my decision. That's all I needed to do because once I could visually see what the samples looked like on a house I quickly made my selection. Erion and his crew were professional, efficient, and very tidy. Once the job was completed there was no evidence that they were even there. My property was thoroughly cleaned! Awesome job, and my new roof looks great!

After meeting 15-20 roofing companies, over more than a year, I finally settled on Universe Roofing Ltd. to replace my shingled roof. They weren’t the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but they were by FAR the very best. Erion is the only person who understood the condensation issues I was having related to my flat roof. (A whole other long story). His crew showed up at 8am on a Saturday, and were done by 1:30pm. They protected all of my outdoor spaces, removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaces 75% of the plywood, replaced the shingles and vents, and cleaned up. They left my yard cleaner than when they started. I really can’t recommend Erion and Universe Roofing Ltd. enough. Erion is an honest, hard working contractor. He invests his time in managing a crew that won’t smoke/drink/use drugs on his watch. Roofers come with a bit of a sketchy reputation- you will not get that from Erion and his crew. They are all very professional. You will not be disappointed.

Erion was very knowledgeable when he first showed up to give me a quote. Once booked, he and his crew worked to get the roof finished in one day. Erion also went the extra mile to hook up a new bathroom exhaust vent which had previously given me problems a few winters back. They took good care in cleaning up around my house afterward. Roof looks great, and nothing but good things to say about it so far!

I called Erion for checking my roof as I had doubt that some animal or bird broken roof gutter,
and guess what, Erion was here, no charge, checked entire roof and taken pictures and given me assurance that roof is absolutely fine.

What a dedicated guys... amazing job.
I just got completed my entire roof today approx 1700sqft.
Landmark shingles, and accessories.
All guys are very well trained.
They stared job at 8am and finished by 4pm.
Very fast and perfect work.
I was watching them for whole process and what Erion discussed with me exactly same..
Now time will tell how good the roofing workmanship is but so far excellent work.
