LOVE LOVE LOVE our new door. Paul and Eugene were fantastic to deal with. Eugene (sales) was extremely knowledgeable on all technical aspects of a new door. He promptly replied to my firestorm of emails asking different questions.

We contracted Building Luxury to replace our windows and doors after receiving quotes from 3 competitive companies. Our salesman Paul visited our home, reviewed our existing design and came up with a plan for the window and door replacements that would look best for our home.

We were impressed with Paul's level of technical knowledge. He has considered things that other 2 salesmen hadn't mentioned. He was also always available to answer our questions, and assist with changes and anything else that came up in the time between our contract signing and installation.

Overall, we chose Building Luxury because we liked Paul's ideas, we liked the quality and warranty the company offered, and their price offered excellent value. We would definitely recommend them.

We have purchased a home with had all original windows from the 70's. We were worries about huge bills we are going to get.

Sales person Eugene appeared in time and was very professional, he mentioned very important points we didn’t consider. Answered all my questions and explained the process (including installation). Measurement schedule was easy and measurements took about an hour. Building Luxury installation team was accurate and very professional. They completed the work in one day and cleaned up after them. Started off the process by getting a quote from their sales team, very professional and they took their time explaining all of my options. He didn't try to push anything we didn't need either which I really liked! Their installer came by to take the final measurements and within a week I got a call to schedule the installation for a future date. The entire process took less than two months which really surprised me, figured it would take longer. All in all a great experience from beginning to end, I will definitely recommend building luxury to all my family and friends.

The job was done perfectly well. My new sliding door looks amazing and I can finally remove my old blinds. At the end the team cleaned up entire working area inside and out.
