Victor from Get A Roofer was very professional in replacing the roof shingles on my Pool Cabana. The estimate and the completed job was exactly done as promised and the quality of work is very good. Get A Roofer also inspected roof on my house and replaced a couple of damaged shingles free of charge. Victor also fixed my eves-troughs on the Cabana, and left the site very clean. The owner was professional and punctual: when he said he would do something, he did. His estimate was accurate. He and his crew where courteous and left the site in immaculate condition. In every respect, Get a Roofer provided value at a fair price.

The quality of the final product was absolutely fantastic.

I spoke with Victor over the phone to get a quote on the roof. He was able to set up a date and time that worked. He wanted me there so that he can explain what needed to be done. I have seen the quality of his work compared to other roofing companies and decided to hire him and his team.

He was in constant communication with me throughout. This included the days the would be working, how long it would take, how long the bin would sit on the driveway etc. The ended up spending 3 days working spread across 6 days (due to inclement weather, and a civic holiday), however they let me know well in advance that they wouldn't be working on certain days. The constant communication is what gave me peace of mind that I chose the proper roofers.

After each session that they worked they did a clean-up around the house of any debris that may have fallen from the roof, this included my neighbours properties (so I'm still in their good books). On the last day they completed a thorough clean of the entire property and ensured that it was left just as before.

Half-way through the job however, he needed to adjust the price by a couple thousand dollars. This was due to an unforeseen circumstance that occurred when he removed the top 2 layers of the flat part of my roof. It was completely rotten throughout. I understood that there was no way of knowing this upon initial assessment and wanted to get the job done properly so I agreed to the increase of price.

As for materials used ... For the skylight he used 'top of the line' skylight (that looks absolutely fantastic, compared to the awful job that was there before). The shingles are supposed to last 30 years, with a 10 year warranty. I chose black if that matters at all. As for the carpentry on the flat roof, the board, plywood, metal all were used (i'm sure I'm forgetting something).

Now for the quality. The quality of work was great. So after the job was completed, Victor invited me on top of the work. He explained everything that was done, and what should be looked for when new roofs were installed. As aforementioned, the communication between victor and myself helped me understand what was done, and how to properly assess a good job. I invited my friend (who's also a roofer), and a couple neighbours to double check the job. They were also extremely impressed with the workmanship that was evident in the new roof.

Altogether my experience with Victor and his team was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

job. I spoke to Victor, the project manager, he looked at my home and gave me a price and approximate date when they could do it.

The speed, efficiency and work was great, and the price quite reasonable.

Victor was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and stopping by for a quote. They were also available to do the work within short order and did a thorough job, including sending photos/videos to confirm any changes in work that arose. The crew also did an amazing job of cleaning up at the end of the project. In fact, our property was cleaner after the work than before it started.
