Squeaky Cleaning services is absolutely wonderful. I had a very complicated job that needed to be split into two days at the very last minute. Not only were they accommodating and kind but they were generous in their understanding of my stressful situation and flexible with all my last minute changes and asks. The cleaner followed my very specific directions over text in the age of COVID and when all was said and done, the service was outstanding!!! One of the best cleaning services I’ve ever used!!!

I would highly recommend Squeaky Cleaning to anyone looking for a professional and reliable cleaning company. Booking the service online was so easy, and any follow up questions we had were answered promptly. The cleaners were extremely friendly, professional, and arrived on time with all the necessary supplies. As someone with high expectations, I was very impressed with their attention to detail, leaving every room spotless and immaculate. They did an outstanding job and we could not be happier – I look forward to using their services again!

After some initial confusion over the timing of the booking (the cleaners did not arrive at the time requested due to an administrative error), three cleaners instead of two were sent to make up for the lost time and they did a thorough and professional cleaning. The cleaners were friendly and kind but also focused and they finished the job in the time window needed. I would hire this company again for future cleaning needs.

Needed deep cleaning to prepare our house for staging. Received an email confirmation for 2 cleaners. We were on a tight timeline because stagers were coming the next day. No one showed up at the confirmed time. No one answered the phone. No one answered our email. Tried Live Chat and was told that due to a "software scheduling" issue, our cleaning got lost.  They offered to send 2 cleaners 5 hours later.

I went back at the new time, and only 1 cleaner showed up. She had a spray bottle of "sanitizer", a water bottle of some cleaner, and a vacuum cleaner. No rags, no mops, no toilet brushes. I explained what needed to be cleaned and left. The second cleaner apparently had the supplies and came 1.5 hours later.

Went to check the next morning and the house had barely been cleaned. Floors weren't mopped, carpets not vacuumed, shelves not wiped. Some of the surface level stuff was done, but definitely not the premium we paid for the deep clean.

I wrote to live chat again. Laura, the manager, was very responsive and apologetic. She offered to send someone in within the hour.  This next cleaner, Rosalie, was very experienced. She arrived with all supplies and knew exactly how to clean the unit so it ended up being perfect (although extremely tight and was rushed, given the scheduling with the stagers).  

To summarize, while the team was very responsive and the end result was what we were looking for, the overall experience was frustrating. If you go with this company, would recommend that you specify you want an experienced cleaner (ideally Rosalie) and also confirm timing a few days before.

I would use this service again. It's too pricey to continue regularly but I was looking for a thorough clean and received that. The crew that came were very friendly, professional and hard working. Would recommend for any cleaning needs!

I used this service as part of a stay at an AIRBNB and the place was in fantastic condition. The spot was great and everything looked spotless. This place was as their name says, Squeaky clean.
