My wife and myself were uncertain about installing a skylight. It's a delicate job (plus we've all heard those stories about contractors). For a project this big we did our research and found Beaches Skylights among the best rated. We booked a consult with Braydon and were impressed. His quote was reasonable and the contract he sent us plus the method of payment were all above board. Braydon and his team did a masterful job. Phoenix and Jess are lovely people and very hard working. They said the job would take five days and it did. The quality of their workmanship is top notch and the improvement to our home is beyond what we expected, truly transforming our living space. 

Our home was a fixer upper and we've sure done our share of renovating over the years but this skylight is the best cosmetic change we've ever done. There's nothing like natural light. This has changed our lives for the better.

We had a leak in the house that we were pretty sure was linked to the 30-yr. old skylight. Braydon took a look and quoted on a replacement. With many older houses in Toronto, you uncover “surprises” when taking the old bits apart, and it went well beyond needing the skylight replaced!

I requested numerous companies to quote on the task of changing 3 skylights. Braydon responded quickly and a visit to my house was arranged. Braydon showed up and was COVID cautious while he inspected the job. He made some very good suggestions that addressed some issues that I had overlooked. Within days he submitted his quote and with a time frame for the job to be completed. Braydon and Kevin showed up on the appointed day and proceeded with the job. There was an issue around the removal of the old skylights which they overcame. After that was resolved, they completed the job within the time suggested.
To say that I am pleased with the work and their professionalism is an understatement. At all times they respected my privacy and my home. I am totally pleased with the new skylights and I highly recommend Beaches Skylights and Braydon if anyone is looking for a good Contractor

Wonderful service from beginning to end. We required a new skylight with a roller shade. We also elected to install LED ambient lighting which provides incredible lighting options in the skylight box at night. Braydon was an amazing source regarding choice of skylight and creative options . We were provided with updates re scheduling and all questions were answered. The install team was also equally great. Phoenix and Jesse were meticulous with setup; repairing, framing and painting the box; as well as cleanup.
Would highly recommend this team for any skylight installations needs.
