From time to time, inside our freezer, water was seeping and freezing inside and also dripping out. Sam provided a quote to address the problem, and took care of it. Based on the work and my experience, I found him to be honest, trustworthy and providing good service; and I'd recommend using him.

Samsung Gas Oven Not Igniting

Sam promptly answered my request and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem (needed a new ignitor) and replaced it the same day.

He followed all protocol for Covid-19 wearing a mask. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Washing machine repair

Washer was leaking water from the bottom occasionally. Needed the problem fixed before it got worse.

Called Sam in the morning & he arrived the same day, on time. Took about 2 hours to fix the machine.

Very fast and informative service for my laundry machine
