The staff did an outstanding job on our tile floor. The grout had been neglected as far as cleaning and the staff did an amazing job in bring life back to it. I will be using this company on a weekly basis, and I will most certainly recommend them to others.

The first phone call was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Upon arrival for the in office consultation was fantastic they arrived on time and dressed very well which is very important to us. I am extremely pleased with the cleaning services. Prompt morning appointment with cheerful greetings. I had requested a thorough cleaning which included: walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, patio door, floors and vaccuming of my one bedroom apartment. They cleaned living room, kitchen and bathroom and hall. They brought their supplies and disposed of the garbage when they left. Excellent communication. THIS COMPANY CARES AND IT SHOWS. Flores Cleaning Service went above and beyond the cleaning of our new home. We were afraid to open cupboards and appliances when we first stepped into our home because it was so dirty, but Flores completely changed that and made us so much more comfortable to move in knowing it is clean.
