Needed someone to come in to repair a washing machine that had a loud screeching. Very efficient conversations, prompt, advice they gave was spot on and saved me a bundle.

The worst service starts from their call centre trickling down to their repair specialist. Horrible experience. Do not go with this company. The call center and service specialists do not communicate in a timely manner. As a customer, I had to be the middle guy to communicate and set up appointments and follow up on parts being ordered. After more than a week and 4 appointments, they decide they can't fix it, and want to make another appointment to come to take out 2 $40.00 parts so they can send them back to the manufacturer. They did not care about my time at all. Additionally, they did not show up at the timeslot they were supposed to come in.

Excellent next day service. Repair personnel informed, polite, on time and knowledgeable. Have previously used this company and have absolutely no reservations about recommending them. They are able to work with a wide range of appliance manufacturers. The central office communicates politely, very effectively, and with superb attention to detail.

Our dishwasher would not drain at all and would not wash. I called Humber Appliance Repair around 5:30 pm, they called me back half an hour later and offered me 2 time slots for the next day.

Had issue with Samsung oven not getting to temperature when cooking. Company contacted me the same day and sent out a technician to confirm the issue. The technician searched multiple vendors to find the part required and was able to replace the part the next day. Very impressed with the service from start to finish and will use company again for any future appliance issues. Highly recommended!!!
