Just wanted to thank Apollo Moving for incredible service. Your movers are professional. We moved several times and you are the best so far. Movers were fast, worked as a team, all furniture was protected. We had a positive moving day! Thank you again. Will recommend you 100%.

Showed up on time, Friendly and Professional attitude. Did the job faster than expected and best of all they drove with great care. I knew my furniture wasn't bouncing around the truck they were so careful. I would definitely recommend this service.

What should have been a simple move of a 2-bedroom apartment packed up in a storage locker took 2 movers from Apollo close to FOUR hours just to pack the truck. My furniture was DRAGGED across the filthy floor at the storage facility with the protective plastic covers removed because the two movers said they couldn't grip the furniture with it in place (I should add, my entire belongings were packed up by two movers from a different company, moved from up north to Kitchener and completely placed into storage in less time than it took these two guys just to pack the truck. They were more interested in video chatting with Family members than moving me in anything close to a timely manner, even though I had friends waiting at the other end to help me unpack.
Once we finally left the facility and arrived at my new place, it was almost 4pm. Furniture and boxes were unloaded and brought in ONE AT A TIME (no dolly, no hand-off line, nothing to make the job quicker)!! My new landlord thought I was some sort of hoarder because of how long the move took (I have a VERY normal amount of belongings). Some of my furniture was damaged as they moved it inside. My friends and I heard it tear and pointed out the noise and the damage, they just shrugged. The whole ordeal finished at 7:45pm!!!! It was the longest day and most unsatisfactory. Resolving damage issues with the owner/manager was also frustrating and time-consuming. My items are still damaged and I've given up on resolving these issues. Phone calls for the number listed go to the owner/manager's personal voicemail, with no message for the business, which feels sketchy. I don't know why they don't just forward the business voicemail to his number - it would at least sound much more professional.
Save your sanity and your belongings and go with a moving company that knows what they're doing.

We originally contracted with another mover for a move in 2022. But they sold our contract to Apollo without consulting with us. The overall moving experience was horrible with Apollo.

We paid for a 3-person crew. Two crew members were useless and spoke no English. Only the crew lead driver was worth the money. The other two had horrible care and hygiene standards. Here is a sample of issues.

1) A futon mattress was placed naked without wrapping on the elevator floor.
2) Fragile furnitures were placed unsecured in the moving truck. You will see floor lamps and a clothing rack placed all twisted.
3) The leather couch was scratched.
4) A child bunk bed was taken apart and put back together damaged.

For all the issues, we were offered $100 credit.
Fragile furniture was not placed secured in the truck.

I would NEVER recommend this company! If you live in the Orangeville area please don't go with them you will regret it. My contract was for 2 men and when they showed up there were 3. They made me pay for 3. They were 1 hr late, excuse was traffic don't think so. I had to tell them multiple times to take down my curtains. Dispatcher was very Aggressive and RUDE threatening to cancel my service and dump my stuff out because I refused to pay for an extra guy that he decided to bring. They never covered my mattress or furniture properly which caused damaged. They broke my serving plate, ruined my couch, and broke my lap. They didn't pay attention to what the boxes had been written on and just kept pulling them on top of each other with my breakable items in the middle. PLEASE I ASK YOU TO NOT GO WITH THEM IF YOURE IN THE ORANGEVILLE AREA! THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I would take them to court if I had a receipt to prove it. Please let me know if I can regardless.

Great moving experience! From booking our move to being flexible with our moving date, the team were approachable, friendly and efficient. Taking care of our belongings, safely wrapping and packing up things as part of the process, we were extremely happy with the service provided.

Apollo Moving crew arrived on time and worked carefully and quickly to move my belongs. There were no surprises with the cost and they made moving a much less stressful experience - I move a lot so I have used a lot of movers and Apollo Moving is definitely a pro. Thanks.

Apollo Movers were very professional. They arrived early and the move went very smoothly. The furniture was properly wrapped - no damages to report. There were no hidden costs and the estimate that they provided was very close to the final amount. I would definitely use them again in the future.

All furniture and other belongings moved accurately and with no accidents. Charged as agreed which was the lowest rate around. Respectful and polite guys. All went as it should have. Nothing to report really.
