Adam and his team at The Carpentry Group are absolutely phenomenal. Consummate professionals right from the initial phone call / quoting phase through to the final touches of our project, Adam helped us to reimagine our entire backyard. The team completed the project in a very timely manner which was appreciated. We also found them to be very creative when designing our space with us. We first engaged The Carpentry Group to help with some house renovations after their services were recommended by some friends. I had recently purchased a new place and was in need of a new deck.

Adam, the owner, was very helpful. After our initial meeting, we felt comfortable he was the right contractor for our project. He kept us updated on progress throughout the project.

We needed an expert contractor with building and carpentry expertise in December so we hired Adam and his team to renovate our basement following a leak. We needed walls fully framed, insulated, vapor barrier and drywall. Adam explained the process and what was needed, along with why to comply with building codes and best practices. He provided us with a quote, and he was open/honest when discussing availability/timelines. The quality of the work was above and beyond our expectations, and Adam would call us down to show us the work/stages he had completed for us to see, it was all completed within the timelines. The whole process start to finish was a breath of fresh air. We would and plan to hire Adam for more work this year.

Adam was great. We were overwhelmed by the options of different types of deck and wood types, Adam explained the pros and cons of all and we were able to create a deck that we wanted. His guidance and communication was so helpful and he worked within our timelines. The deck has changed the way we use our backyard (for the better). Definitely recommend.

We hired The Carpentry Group to build our deck last spring. We found Adam and his team to be very professional and easy to work with. He walked us through the permit and design processes, which was reassuring. He had some great ideas and in the end we got the deck we always wanted.
