Leo's Stucco & Masonry

Leo did a first class job repairing the exterior stucco at my house. When I first met him on-site he provided an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done and gave a fair and reasonable quote for the job. Leo did the work in a very timely manner, with a lot of attention to detail. I would highly recommend Leo for any stucco related work. Overall a very honest and diligent contractor.

I was looking to renovate my home as I would be selling it. One of the projects I was looking to do for a while now was to stucco my house. I used home stars and other sources to obtain quotes and was receiving off the cuff astronomical quotes, and a reluctance to visit my home for a detailed quote.

After receiving three quotes in the 18k range, Leo called me and I was on the verge of not doing this Reno and focus on other Reno’s to the home. As 18 k was out of my budget I had already started to let Leo know that there was no point for him to come for a detailed quote, to just see if he could quote me from a picture ( I was ready to turn him down as well.)

Leo managed to convince me that he would drop by for a detailed quote despite me trying to save him time. He worked with me to obtain a reasonable quote several thousand less, and in my budget. He made recommendations that would add value to the house when sold ( glad I listened!).

They started work within 1 weeks time as I told him I was trying ti sell fast, and he always kept me informed, and never requested outrageous down payments. When complete I was so happy as it looked better than I had imagined, for less than I thought, and on time, all while having direct contact with Leo from start to finish.

Literally, if it wasn’t for Leo I would have sold for less, a rare 5stars from me! Thanks Leo.

Leo and crew were very professional, polite and finished ahead of schedule. We appreciated Leo checking in mid -project to let us know that our plywood was in good condition (no need to replace= saved money) and ensure we were happy with the colours before painting.
We are really happy with the end result.

Through no fault of Leo, delays in window install (3 months) forced numerous start dates for stucco and Leo accomodated us every step of the way.
Same situation with some materials and again, Leo kept us well informed, advised of any price change and provided options.
End result was a fantastic job. Stucco was done around complete house and looks amazing.

Leo and his team did an awesome job re-stuccoing our home in downtown Toronto. Leo was immediately responsive when I called him for a quote. It was obvious from the outset that he knew what he was doing based on the questions he asked and the comments he made about the job.

Work started a couple weeks later. The job was difficult because we are in a Victorian house which is very close to the neighbours and required complex scaffolding. The work took 3 days to do the entire back side and third floor of the house. Despite the size of the job and the tight working conditions, the crew left the site very clean and the final project looks amazing - like a new house.

Leo was very easy to deal with and responsive. Would absolutely use him again.

When I posted the project in HomeStars, some contractors came and offer the price for the project. Leo's offer is not the cheapest, but Leo is the one who I trust. He is well understanding what my expectation, and also provide me some professional suggestions. Leo also manages his team very well. The project is well planned, and executed very efficient. His team consist of experienced workers. They are experienced, and dedicated. The job was done perfectly.

I found out about Leo through a lovely neighbour. I saw the great repair job he did at her house so I asked him to give me quote for repairing my stucco window sills and re-caulking them as well.
Leo was easy to communicate with. very clear and fast. He was able to fit my relatively small project in quickly.
