Very professional team. My wife and I are pleased with the service. They sent us progress photos throughout the process to keep us updated and we received some overhead drone photos from the team after completion! Cleanup and final results were fantastic!

My wife called skyline roofing after a severe ice buildup developed above our back door. We heard what we thought to be dripping coming from our attic space. Matteo from skyline roofing was here the same day to do a full roof inspection - He even climbed into our attic space to investigate the dripping noise which he then confirmed was leaking caused by the ice buildup. Matteo wrote us a full detailed report with photos and explained how to fix the problem. He gave us a few different options. After reviewing the quote against some other competing companies - we decided to go with skyline to repair the roof & add attic insulation to save on heating costs and reduce the amount of heat loss from our home. Their price was much lower than the comparing companies and they even included the attic insulation.

We noticed our porch roof was leaking and we were concerned about mold. We called Skyline Roofing and they had someone inspect out roof the same day despite the terrible weather conditions. Matteo walked us through the process of what needed to be done and gave us a variety of solutions with different pricing options to fit our budget. They got our job done quickly and saved us a bundle compared to many other quotes. We couldn't be happier with their service. We would highly recommend Skyline Roofing.

Deposit left to secure date in October. When I called Matteo to schedule a specific date he informed me that he's taken on other jobs and wouldn't be able to come until mid November. We were unable to shut down the jobsite for six weeks while we wait for him so we hired another roofing company. I've been unsuccessfully trying since October to recover my $5000 deposit. I'm hopeful I will be able to remove this review once I recover my money. If this review is still up, I have not been repaid.

We had Matteo and his team replace a section of our roof last November to repair a leak. They charged a premium for doing it in the cold weather but they got the job done. Everything seemed fine until a few months later when several of the shingles came off in the wind. This was not the quality of work we were expecting given what we paid. Also, despite the warranty that they provided they won't come back to repair the shingles that came off, and will not take calls or reply to texts. This father and son team stated adamantly that they were different from other companies because they stood behind their work. This has not been true. Not good quality and poor service.

We had Matteo and his crew complete some work approximately 5 months ago. We found him to be helpful and pleasant, though our experience afterwards has been very disappointing. We were told that the installed roof would have a warranty, though our roof material leaked within a couple of weeks. We confirmed this with another roofer and sent a video of the faulty roofing material to Skyline in April. Despite reaching out and leaving multiple messages and sending several emails over the past 4 months, we havent had any meaningful response. The answer we received was always similar: that the message would be passed on, that we would hear back in a day or two, and then no response. After 4 months, we had no choice but to replace the entire system, and this cost us several thousands. Our experience has been that they are not accessible if any problem arises, despite waiting 4 months for a solution.

Ours is a split level house. Skyline Roofing came and thoroughly investigated the roofs and the condition of the shingles. They gave our roofs a clean bill of health and did not charge us a penny. We were quite impressed with their professionalism!

Hired Skyline Roofing in late fall 2020 for a new roof.

Early 2021: Had to contact Skyline due to a massive ice dam. They removed the ice as the ice dam was caused by Skyline not cleaning the eaves after our roofing job.

Early November 2021: Discovered Skyline Roofing installed incorrect roof vents for exhaust ductwork. Rather than roof vents with a flange to support the exhaust pipe, they installed roof vents meant for air flow only and attached the exhaust duct with one screw. When informed of this, Skyline admitted they had, in their words, "made a mistake", and installed proper vents.

Late November 2021: Discovered 2 large area roof leaks. Informed Skyline Roofing and they identified these leaks as coming from the roof ridge vent, which was installed improperly by Skyline, and they agreed to rectify the issue. The installation was so poor, daylight could be seen the complete run of the ridge vent.

Early February 2022: Repeated missed promises/excuses by Skyline resulted in our informing them we were hiring another roofing company to fix their deficient work and would be presenting Skyline with that invoice for full payment. Skyline agreed. This work was professionally completed February 18, 2022 and Skyline received the invoice the same day.

April 11, 2022: Legal representation contacted Skyline Roofing demanding payment for roof repair work, payment agreed to by Skyline. Skyline paid April 25, 2022 only after repeated requests from us.

Given our experience with Skyline Roofing it should come as no surprise we would not recommend them for any service they offer.

Matteo and his team were professional throughout the process, from quote to installation and invoicing. He helped us choose a shingle colour that looks great. When there were delays in getting started due to weather we always had an update in advance and he kept us informed of progress as he went. The whole crew was really polite and worked hard to get the job done.

Our new roof was done beautifully, careful workmanship, good people to deal with & done on time.
