Tom was the third contractor that I hired to complete and repair incomplete and defective work that I had entrusted to other contractors who clearly didn’t have the skills or means to complete it professionally snd take ownership for the deficiencies. He is highly skilled, fair and personable. He has extensive knowledge and is creative- able to look at a project or space, offer design and repair advice. He has all of the necessary equipment and crew to get the job done professionally. Tom came in, cleaned up, prepared, repaired and finished the project to perfection! My backyard, walkway and stairs look amazing now! Having the experience of hiring unskilled contractors who created a mess and were enriched by my payment and walked away- I can’t stress enough the importance of hiring a skilled and reputable contractor! Truthfully-Tom saved me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do concrete work!

Tom and his team removed our old front steps and walkway, replacing them with a new, wider set of steps, a larger landing, a wider walkway and curbs along either side of the driveway. Tom’s attention to detail and craftsmanship were excellent. Based on his experience and knowledge, Tom presented several options and suggestions for what would work on our property (we are on a hill), and what would look good. We were impressed by the amount of time the team spent smoothing and finishing the concrete by hand on the day of the pour. The finished product looks amazing. We would recommend Tom and his team to others.

Tom did a fantastic job, overall concrete work done is great, leveled, and looks beautiful. Tom let me inspect the work after completion and I did point out a few minor staff and he took care of it to my full satisfaction.

My advice to all the customers out there, when you do a concrete job, make sure you do your homework and give specific requirements, unlike me :) but still, Tom did the work with minimum requirements and gave me more than what I originally wanted. Thanks, Tom!

Be patient with the construction work as the concrete work may take some time due to weather constraints and possibly other issues as well, so don't get frustrated and work out with the contractor. It will be a happy ending for all and Tom proved it. I'm very happy with the final results.

Last but not least, extremely happy with the referral contractor Gino from Triple Crown Paving. Gino did a fantastic job and a great people person. Gino completed my driveway and heavily coordinated the total construction work including the concrete work and I'm extremely happy with Gino's customer support and quality work at the best possible price; will highly recommend Tom and Gino. I looked at their pictures on Instagram and I loved their cuts and how clean the concrete looked. Tom and Patrick were so thorough explaining the different looks/styles I can do. They suggested a landing and it looks amazing! I can't wait to see the concrete all dried and a crisp white colour. Tom for the personal touch suggested handprints/footprints (baby) and I love it ! Neighbours are walking by inquiring now for their services since they see how nice it is. Once ashphalt is down it's going to look super proper especially with the contrast ! No job is too small for Elite Crete. I was hesitant when searching for a company to do such a 'small' job. I understand how expensive concrete can be, and some companies wanted astronomical amounts! Tom was super courteous, understood what we wanted and was excited and ready to get the job done!
