Celtic Finishes was engaged on a large renovation project for a 1930s Home Smith house over a 8 months period. Work scope included plumbing, electrical, framining, insulation, carpentry, tiling, plastering, and various types of finishings. Declan as the business owner has shown professionalism throughout the project and is always attentive to the client's needs. He and his team are always responsive when it comes to the customer's changes and provides valuable recommendations. I have done a few renovations prior to this project. Declan's plastering and finishing quality is above industry standard with competitive pricing. Overall, I'm satisifed with Celtic's delivery of this project and will recommend him for future work.

Very professional, reliable and trustworthy. Great work and extremely pleased. Extra work requested and performed at a very reasonable rate. Work involved drywall, framing, taping, mudding, sanding and painting.

This was the second time I’ve hired Celtic Finishes for getting rid of the popcorn ceiling in our house. First time they did it on the second floor and this time on the main floor.  The test result for asbestos in the popcorn was positive, so scraping or sending it off was out of question. Declan uses a method and materials that does not require sending at all, yet the finished ceiling is perfectly flat and smooth like a mirror. He's done an excellent job both times. I would absolutely recommend hiring him. 

Declan and Joanne(?) saved us by coming in and finishing the taping and plastering main and 2nd floor after we ended our contract with the drywaller last summer.
His crew also did all the drywall work in the basement this winter. Although there were a few things that had to be rectified, Declan returned and fixed the work himself. Very reliable with good communication.

Our house had popcorn ceilings in every room! Celtic Finishes did an amazing job of removing them and now the ceilings look perfect.
Just a warning....this is a very messy job so I would recommend doing it without living in the house at the same time. Thank you to Declan, Patrick and Joanne!
