Anujan was very professional from the moment he was assigned our service repair. He scheduled a time that worked best for us, came in and efficiently assessed the root cause of the problem and was able to also explain why.

He ordered the required parts on the spot and said he would return in 2-4 days to finish the repair. He came in as expected and flawlessly finished the job.

Washing machine was good as new after that.

Excellent Customer service.
He came in the house with his shoe covers on, which I appreciated. He was able to diagnose the issue same day and it took him 30 mins to replace the heating Element on the dryer.

Meshach repaired our stove, he did it the same day, although he had to go get a spare part. He gave a good recommendation on which part would serve best. Meshach is polite and very professional, it was very good service.

I contacted ElectroGas to repair my refrigerator, as the entire appliance was not working. Over the phone he asked great questions to really get an understanding of the problems we were having and the reasons to why they were occurring. It was incredibly easy to set up a convenient appointment with him. He arrived promptly and punctually on the day of the appointment. He was able to quickly diagnosed and fixed the appliance. Meshach clearly explained why our refrigerator freezer was not working. He suggested we try a more straightforward solution to see if that would fix the problem. This was rather than start a more complex and expensive solution. The first approach worked and the freezer was back to normal within an hour or so. Highly recommended.
