Rob & Dean did a thorough job and were respectful and tidy. Rob explained the equipment they were using and what they were doing & patiently answered our questions. Rob also went above and beyond by going up a ladder outside to get to our second floor dryer vent. I will use MEP next time I need the job done.

We contracted this company to clean the ducts. 199/unlimited vents. I knew that there would be upselling which is the norm. Cleaning the dryer vents, blower and the AC coil will only benefit us going forward. The two gentlemen were professional, wore masks. Asked/answered questions. I do recommend this company.

I contacted MEPS Air Quality off a Facebook advertisement on my neighbourhood page. I dealt with their sales team through FB Messenger and they were very professional, polite and honest. The pricing of the service was fair and included all the intake and registers. The sales team was accommodating to our schedule and held the price for us.

When the team came to my house on a Saturday, they called with ample time prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way, they were respectful and proficient. The whole house was done in just over 2 hours and throughout the process they kept us updated on their status. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves.

Payment was easy and reliable as the team carried a payment machine with them . All in all I'm very happy and gladly recommend MEPS Air Quality.
