1 2 3 Roofing

Our house was being renovated, including changing elevations, which changed the roof lines. There are both flat and sloped parts of our roof, so we needed someone who could do all types of roofing and do them well. My husband was acting as the GC, so finding a roofing company that could handle all of this was difficult. Not by luck, because my husband did his research, we found 1 2 3 Roofing. Cameron was our consultant and Brad was our crew leader. They were both communicative and well versed in their jobs. They made us feel comfortable and well informed at all times. We could not have asked for a better experience working with these guys. We’d both like to say thanks again. Highly recommended!

My father’s house needed to have its roof replaced. 123 roofing came recommended by a colleague and they didn’t disappoint. The house is a true 3 story, so I know the jobs wasn’t going to be easy, but they made it look like it was. Aside from the on-site work, what stood out was the constant communication, making sure I was in the loop and prepared. And because of that, I was able to keep my father in the loop as well and make this as easy on his as possible on him. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

Our building was in need of a roof replacement as it was past its effectiveness. The old roof was tar and gravel. Joe and Andre of 123 Roofing suggested going with a new modified bitumen flat roofing system, which I have to say looks amazing and has performed well under difficult weather. This was not an easy job either as there is a lot of detail up there. I have already recommended them and will definitely use 123 again in the future. Thanks!

Top of roof had poor structure and build causing roof issues/problems as well as being visually unattractive. 123 Roofing fixed the build to ensure proper run off, properly laid shingles and properly proportioned/angles for visual appearance. 123 roofing is experienced, professional and was very easy to work with. We hired 1 2 3 Roofing to replace some missing shingles from one of the recent windstorms. However, when they were up there, they noticed that one of the vents were loose and reattached it free of charge. Super straight forward, efficient and on time. Can’t ask for much more.

Our roof is complicated and quite large, with both shingles and flat portions. Finding a suitable company was a difficult process until we were introduced to 123 roofing by family.
