Ali was very professional, came promptly to give us a quote. His quote very clearly outlined the work involved;
we were given good follow up instructions to care for our new lawn
Initial rating of this company was 9/10. Very responsive; very customer service oriented.
A few months after work was complete, we decrease the rating to 2/10.
Work is completed without discussing all pros and cons of the outcome. They do not stand behind their word; They became unavailable, non-responsive, made excuses, did not show up when they said they would, and were non-apologetic. When they did finally show up, they didn’t announce their arrival, and appeared to try and skimp out on finishing properly. Final conversation on text message was a refusal to discuss options to solve the problem.
There were hints throughout, that they did not have the expertise to fully deliver on what they had promised, with evidence of smooth talking. Based on issues that arose once work was completed this became evident.
There is still opportunity for the company to redeem themselves and stand behind their work if they so choose.

Abdul and his crew did an awesome job removing an overgrown garden and replacing it with brand new sod as well power washing and re-sealing my flagstone patio. I am super pleased with the result and can’t wait to start enjoying my backyard again. I would highly recommend Abdul and his team.

Professional, friendly with lots of expertise, Lawn &Lawn have fixed our Bamboo problem and have beautifully reconstructed our front garden.
