Topflight Aluminum

Topflight Aluminum has replaced and installed eavestroughs, downspouts and leaf guides for my parents home. Our initial meeting with the owner, Lindi went well. He took the time to explain the issues of the leakage of eavestroughs, as well as provide suggestions on installing additional downspouts to address the overflow issue from the eavestroughs. On the day of the installation, Lindi and his team did an exceptional job, finished as per his promised time frame, and also cleaned up the place afterwards. Lindi also went the extra mile to fix the flashing on the side of the roof and quickly came up with a solution to adjust the position of one of the downpipes so that it could accommodate the lawn mower.

There were a few loose soffit panels at my place which required fixing however as this was a very small job, very difficult to find someone to fix it. However, Lindi was willing to fix it for us. Overall, Lindi and his team were very professional, polite, and did a great job. My parents are very happy with the company.

Searching for a reliable and experienced contractor could be a daunting task, but this time luck was on our side as we found Topflight Aluminum to complete this project at my parents place. Lindi's team did a fantastic job replacing our ancient eaves and downspouts. The recent windstorm forced the issue by damaging our already crumbling eaves and I sent RFQs to a few different companies, but Lindi got back to me about a day later saying he'd come by right away to scope the job and provide a quote. He promised an installation date a couple weeks later but ended up finding an opening for me the following week anyway.

On the day of the installation I was glad to be around because he actively suggested changes to simplify the routing of our downspouts. Our backyard downspout came down right in the middle of our garden and we were always tripping over it so his suggestion to route it against our side wall was welcome. Our front downspout was exposed to the wind and hanging by a thread so he took the opportunity to route it down the wall, cleaning up that area a lot.

While he was on the roof he noticed our attached neighbour's downspout was disconnected and sending water against our back wall, and repaired it at no cost. He also pointed up some lazy cleanup work from a previous roofer and took the extra time to remove extra silicone sealant and re-paint the area at no cost.

Professional work, and I always appreciate an expert who's willing to involve me in the decision making if there's a better way.

Other offers were 20% to 300% more expensive and with a months of lead time.
Lindi was quick and delivered high quality work for the best price.
He worked through a rain storm installing the eavestrough. Amazing dedication.

I just wanted to thank Lindi for doing a sensational job with the vinyl siding on the extension of my home. The representative came very quickly and provided an estimate by email. It was stated that the task could be completed within a few weeks. This happened. The guys estimated that the job would take 3 to 4 hours. It took just over 2 hours. Very neat working and no mess afterwards. Pity that we don't have more gutters to replace!!

Excellent, timely and great cleanup. So satisfied, had them trim the garage door frame too.

Pleased with the end result. Lindi took time to take care of the smaller details (e.g. nicely reinstalling security camera). It is nice to deal with a company where the person (Lindi) you are dealing with is actually the one going to be directly involved in doing the work.

I was looking to get new gutters/downspouts/soffit/fascia and must have got at least 20 quotes. I had almost made my decision on who I was going with after a few days (after not being completely sold on any company) when I received Lindi's quote. It was very professional, straight forward, and the pricing was very competitive!

After going back and forth with Lindi over e-mail and text I knew he was the right guy for the job. First of all, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing and gutters and he did not quote me on additional upgrades I did not need. His pricing was very fair and I knew he would be doing the work himself so I felt confident in the value I was getting.

Lindi has the same top quality materials as the other big companies but he won't jack up the rate for you and at the same time he walked me through everything he was going to do on day 1 and day 2 and I appreciated that high level of customer service.

After working tirelessly in two days of +40 degree temperature, Lindi and his assistant had removed all our old gutters and put in the new ones along with the new soffit/fascia and porch ceiling and garage capping and flashing with roof capping. His work was immaculate and the attention to detail was amazing. The two gentleman also cleaned up all the debris very neatly and made sure there was nothing left on the ground.

I also got Lindi to remove the antenna from my roof and he installed a mailbox for me! That is the excellent service I am talking about. He also let me know some of my shingles were becoming damaged and provided a swift and effective solution for them.

I'm glad I went with Lindi and I will definitely use him and his company when I need to get my roof done!

Lindi is a nice easy going guy. Professionally, he is a hard working guy who cares for the small details.
I had a wood header above a double garage door that was looking bad due to the rotten plywood cover. He fixed the frame nicely before replacing the plywood with aluminum. His work was so good that I gave him the job of covering wood beans in the porch, frieze board capping and garage door capping. A neighbor liked his work and hired him to do the same work in her house
