TMDC Group and his group did a terrific job on our bathroom. They were punctual and professional. A pleasure to deal with for sure. They aren't the cheapest renovation company but you get what you pay for.

TMDC Group renovated our Bathroom's and we are really happy with that we went with Amir after a number of interviews with different contractors! Very professional, always willing to put the customer first and great suggestions on thought partnering from the beginning to the end of the project. They're very transparent on pricing and work their best to stick to quoted prices. Would recommend in a TMDC Group!

Having a new kitchen has been a wonderful experience from Amir and every installer. The installation went very smooth, very polite and professional installers. The fit was perfect. Any issues where taken care promptly and with extreme professionalism. I would recommend TMDC Group to everyone. Many thanks to Amir and the gang in making the experience fantastic. Would deal with this company again.

The job was done with low quality. The was no one represent the general contractor (GC) during the construction. The subcontractor struggled to read and interpreted the design drawings and the GC always get to the site after the works are done and they have to rework the framing or concrete. The GC was not committed to the schedule. Make sure to not pay them before the job finishes. The job site was not cleaned and it was a mess and made neighbours frustrated with what is going on at our house. Poor management - lack of experience. The GC is not competent to do a complete renovation. Was careless about details. No one is available, and no one supervises the trade and labour. Think twice before starting a job with them. I do not recommend them for general renovation. Do not pay them in advance and make sure to have enough holdback to settle their subcontractor bills.

TMDC Group did a great job, we are very happy with the results. They transformed a partially finished mostly unusable basement space into a entertainment room with a corner home office and a bathroom. They also looked after some additional work and unforeseen problems efficiently and cost effectively.
We would recommend them to others.

Before my wife and I started the renovation on our master ensuite bathroom we interviewed a variety of different companies. By chance we were introduced to TMDC Group and we are super happy that we decided to work with them. From start to finish TMDC Group took the time to explain what finishes and services they would be providing us and the end result came out exactly as promised and right on time. We couldn't be happier with how our bathroom came out and we would definitely recommend TMDC Group to our friends and family.

Amir and his professional, personable crew did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our townhouse adding a new deck to back the house (ground and second floor), a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finishing up the laundry room and adding pot lights to the entire house. They are an incredibly hardworking team and committed to getting the work done on time and on budget.
Before starting work, Amir provided us with a detailed outline of the work to be done, a cost break down and a payment timeline. We always knew what to expect .Thanks Amir !

We were very pleased with the final product. Amir was very responsive replying to texts and good at problem solving any glitches. He stayed true to the timeline and quote. The tilers did a superb job. I might have wanted the demolition guys to be a bit cleaner regarding the mess they made but overall we have no complaints.
